October Paradise
The proper was absolutely beautiful. House was well stocked, pool was clean and lovely with the heater. Beach access was incredible on the west end of the island we frequently were the only people within sight - admittedly we were there in the off season but the weather was still great for beach days. Communication with the hosts was excellent, they were very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time! We can't wait to come back!!!

The house is in a great location and the rec room is a good place for the kids to play. The manager is very prompt in answering texts and fixing any problems that may come up. We had a wonderful time at OIB!

The property manager Foster was very responsive and helpful. Our large group fit comfortably in this home. It was close to the beach which made it easy to travel back and forth from the beach to the pool and house with the little kids. Our group has stayed in several beach houses for vacation. We take turns cooking dinner instead of going out to eat. We have made list of utensils and kitchen equipment to bring with us on vacation due to past beach houses that we stayed in not having knives, non-stick frying pans, mixers, blenders etc. This kitchen in this home was equipped with everything we needed to cook for our large group. There are a few things that need replaced and repaired in the home. The dishwasher needs replaced. It is old and it does not get the dishes clean. One of the front burners on the stove does not work properly. The shower doors in a few of the upstairs rooms slide off the hinges. Overall, the house was a good fit and we had a great time.

Had a week with my entire family and we could not have been more pleased. The property is great with plenty of amenities. I cannot be more complimentary of our host/owner, Foster Hill. He was immediately responsive, from the start of our booking through our entire stay, even checking in during our visit to make sure everything was okay and going well.

What a Great Experience!
Love Love Love this property! We had a large family group aging from 18 months to 71 years old. This property had everything we could need. From amenities to location, every expectation was met. Just as importantly, I booked through Foster Hill, the handling agent with this VRBO listing, and he was the consummate host. He was always available for any questions or any problems that may arise. He made wonderful suggestions for places to dine and things to do. Altogether, great experience! I do believe we will be back!!!

House was great! Plenty of room and lots to do. Minor issue with the elevator being out of order and the pool heater not working. But, all in all a great weekend!
