« Its a nice little place. Very clean with an amazing view of the sunset from the couch or back yard. Kinda small though so id recommend just a couple people. Id stay again. The Beach is maybe a 5 minute walk away. »

« We stayed in mid-October for a wedding. Front porch has amazing sunrises and retains heat during the day in the off-season. Close to lots of amazing things including the beach (front yard). Hosts were easy to contact. There is a mandatory third party damage waiver as an FYI. Would stay again! Thanks! »

« A charming cottage with Murphy bed that worked well for us for a couple of nights. A gorgeous view through the front picture windows, with the beach and ocean directly in front of our place. We had a great time with many long walks on the beach. »

« The cottage is only a few meters from the ocean, and a short walk from the parking lot by Nubble Light. It has a full-size washer and dryer. The beds were comfortable. There was a surprise ice storm just before we arrived, and the owners, from Florida, arranged for the steps to be cleared and salted before we got back from dinner. I have allergies, and there were no air fresheners or other perfumes. We were very happy. »

« Nicole is a super host (pun intended). We didn’t meet in person, but she was welcoming, attentive, and kind. The cottage was clean, quiet, and well-apportioned. Extras were provided and were much appreciated. Hot water and a working furnace were so appreciated. The cottage is close to everything and truly steps away from Long Sands Beach. I recommend this cottage and staying in October. Very cozy. »

« We filled the house and it still felt big! There was space for everyone to move around and relax in the house, yet all spaces fit all of us as well. The kitchen was great to cook in and the gym allowed us to work out! We loved the hot tub and the views from the bedrooms and the living areas were amazing. Thank you for another great stay! »

« Our family of four had a lovely stay. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to the beach and local attractions. Kids loved the mini golf and go karts next door! Would definitely come back. »

« The house is beautiful! The rooms are comfortable and one of them includes its private bathroom! It's clean and well decorated! We are 3 minutes from Perkins Cove and 1.5 miles from Ogunquit, no car it's perfect! Kristen is so kind and she is there as needed. We will be there next year with our little dogs! »

« This little cottage was perfect for viewing “my” absolutely favorite place in the world…Cape Neddick Lighthouse- or as we know it, Nubble Light. Cottage had plenty of room for my husband and with another couple would still be spacious. It had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We always enjoy off season visits to York…little traffic and fewer people. 😁 Thanks to Phyllis and her quick communication. »

« Place is gorgeous.. perfect for 4 people . We enjoyed having our meals in the Lovely room facing the océan. The big vérandas in front and in back are a big plus . David is very prompt to answer and everything was easy . Thank you very much . Johanne and family from Quebec »
