The space
Large, updated 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse on the lake. Over 2200 sq feet of space and one of the ONLY 4 bedroom waterfront properties at family friendly Izatys resort!

Open living space on main floor to gather and enjoy the beautiful lakefront views. Plenty of space for the whole family with all the amenities and comforts of home. Large DVD movie collection to have a family movie night.

Patio out back with eating area, outdoor fireplace, new Weber Spirit 310 gas grill (3 burner), large yard and endless views of Mille Lacs lake. Private balcony off the main bedroom to enjoy reading, or just relax and listen to the waves.

This home features upgraded high speed internet throughout with Wi-Fi extenders, so if you need to catch up on work or want to stream movies on your devices, or one of the 3 HD TVs with the kids! Upgraded HD channels and full cable programming on all 3 HD TVs.

Close walk to fishing pier and marina to fish, relax and enjoy the views.

Guest access
Self check in, you will be provided a keypad code prior to your 4:00 PM check in time. Access to pool area will be provided at check in. 3 car maximum in driveway.

Note: Some Izatys resort offerings are seasonal and when available. Izatys new ownership/policy changes has a $15/day/person to access the resort's pool area. You can purchase daily wristbands at the hotel front desk if planning to use the pool area during your stay.
