Perfect for families, the villa has plenty of space both inside and out, with a huge garden and 3.5 Ha of private woods. Kids will love the playground and bird cage, while adults can relax in the hot tub, enjoy a game of petanque or gather around the cozy fireplace. You'll also find a pond with koi fish in the garden and a barbecue for delicious outdoor meals. Plus, it's just a 12 km drive from Bruges, where you can explore the city's attractions. With plenty of space and so many amenities, this villa is everything you need for an unforgettable experience in the Belgian countryside!

All rooms have comfortable bedding and there is plenty of space to put away your stuf. There is one bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. All rooms as well as the bathroom are located on first floor.

There is place for 3 cars on the driveway and is set in a tranquil location.

Important:
- The pond is not fenced
- The stairs to the first floor have no rails
- There is no elevator so stairs are unavoidable.
- We provide wood for the fireplace and the hot tub
- We ask you to clean the bbq and fireplace after use
