CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Perfect!
We opened the door and immediately had a great view of the ocean! The place had comfortable living room furniture, a well set up kitchen, we cooked a couple of meals and we had all the pans/utensils we needed. We would say that the king bed is a little harder than we are accustomed to, but by night 2 we were both used to it and doing fine. Pool and beach were excellent, and there were two supermarkets within walking distance, as well as many restaurants. The property manager was available by text for any questions we had. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Location, location, location
The Silver Beach is perfectly located in beautiful Orange Beach near restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Parking is fine. View is fabulous! Beach is amazing! The condo has everything you might need including a Keurig (which wasn't listed online). We found everything to be clean and ready for our arrival. There were really no issues and we would happily stay here again.

This was a great vacation and we definately got the relaxation time needed. The unit was very nice and comfortable for our family. The mgmt company went above & beyond to keep in touch and ensure our stay was exactly as described! The patio furniture was awesome and one of the reasons I chose this unit over the others available. Perfect beach getaway
We loved everything about this property. It was immaculate, furniture was so comfy, bed was wonderful. The decorations were obviously done with care. The appliances were top of the line, including the small appliances. Everything you could need in the kitchen. On top of all that, the view of the beach and the ocean was amazing, as well as easy access to the beautiful beach full of pretty shells. One of our best vacations ever-can’t wait to go back.

Our stay was amazing and made even better because we could bring our very sweet puppy with us!! This condo is in the perfect place with access to food shops in the area as well as access to a beautiful beach! We loved watching the waves from the balcony - and finding shells in the ocean. Christmas at the Beach
We stayed at this condo from December 24-28. We absolutely loved everything about it. The views were beautiful, the condo was updated and everything was just as listed. Our family enjoyed spending Christmas here and would absolutely book again. The condo was pet friendly which was great because we didn’t have to leave our pup at home for the holiday.

End of year retreat!
This was a wonderful condo, nicely furnished and had most everything we needed. Was not very happy with the 4 roaches we saw (and killed). Was not happy that when we sat down to watch the Rose Bowl, the TV started acting up … had to pull up my 13” computer to watch the game. The bed in Master was HORRIBLE! It was hard as a brick bat and if the other person moved 1/2”, you’d hear it and it would wake you up … and I’m a very heavy sleeper! Had a tiny issue with the microwave, but no big deal … just have to slam the door really hard to get it going. Oh, and the commode up front was loose and wobbled ! Other than those things, we really did enjoy our time there.

Nice Condo & Location, Building Poorly Maintained
We loved the condo itself. It was recently remodeled. The decor was lovely. It was roomy including the balcony. It was very close to the beach. There were a couple of minor issues - Icemaker "wire" not there so it didn't work. The management said they would send someone to fix it but didn't. They did bring us bags of ice though. Microwave light stayed on. They said it was stuck and was too expensive to fix. The outdoor furniture cushions showed some signs of mold. The worst issue were the elevators. They were sketchy for most of our stay. When we were ready to check out, the elevators were shut down completely. They were working on them. Why didn't they wait until after check out? We had to haul all of our belongings down 5 flight of stairs. My husband had to do most of it because I have physical limitations. I specifically asked about the elevators before I booked and was told they were new. Another issue were the public "halls". It rained and the humidity caused everything to sweat from ceiling to floors. There were puddles on the floor and it dripped from ceiling. As I said, we enjoyed the condo and the close proximity to the beach and to stores. We just don't know if we would return due to the external building issues, most specifically the elevators.

Property Needs New Elevators
I would have given this higher stars (because inside the condo is beautiful, the view is fantastic, and this condo allows you to bring your dog), but my children got stuck in the elevators the first day we were there. Firefighters had to come and let them out. The elevators never got fixed and walking 5 flights of stars is not fun with a dog and children. The rental company's manager contacted us after the incident and she apologized, but there was nothing that she could do since she had already tried to contact the property manager. The property manager never was around or fixed the elevator issues. No warning signs about the elevator were ever put up. If the condo property would get new elevators, then we will absolutely be back! :)

The Condo was just what we expected except the guest bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Had to purchase a mattress topper to be able to sleep. One of the elevators acted as if it were going to break anytime (not a pleasant thought). The condo seemed to be updated and well appointed. Overall an average beach side condo for Orange Beach.

We returned to Silver Beach because of a work-related event. We travel with our two fur babies and this property is such a welcoming home away from home for families with pups! The condo was well appointed with modern appliances, decor, and furniture (and possibly the nicest dishwasher I have ever seen!) The management team is wonderful to work with making the reservation, check-in, and check out process seamless and stress free! We will definitely be back!

Our stay was ‘fine’
We wished we stayed somewhere a little nicer and the whole vibe was very corporate. Here’s my list of complaints…. They did not try to accommodate an early check-in, and checkout was 10am. Since when are checkouts 10am and not 11am? The elevator was so dirty and fans in them blowing the dust around. The air filter in the fridge needed to be changed, cardboard was used to prop up a table in the bedroom, we had a roach in the bathroom, the couch needed a good steam clean, there were no beach towels (as advertised), no K cups for the Keurig, and of course we were still asked to clean up after ourselves before leaving. It felt like they were pitching every penny down to the point where we were rationing the few packs of dish detergent they provided.
