Our condo sits proudly on the 7th floor, offering breathtaking views of the pool and the serene lake below. Clean and close to Universal
This was a nice room, but the building was very run down, it could use some upgrades. Our room was clean, there were a few things wrong and they offered to come fix them the next day, but I told them there was no need since it wasn't an emergency. It has a great view of a lake and Universal. There is no oven and the washer and dryer are on either the 3rd or 4th floor, not in the unit like the description says. We didn't have to check in, you could just go straight to the room but we just wanted to make sure so we went to the front desk and they gave us a sheet of paper that told you about the place. The paper told us to take out our trash but the email the company sent said to leave it outside our door, so we just took it out to be safe. It's on the second floor if you ever stay here. So I think communication could be a little better. It says it sleeps 7, but there is no way 2 people can sleep on that pull out couch comfortably so we had to squeeze in an air mattress. The master bedroom also doesn't really have a dresser, just a small nightstand that won't fit a lot of stuff. Overall, it was fine for us to sleep and eat in and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool.

Great Location, Cozy Quiet Apartment
The apartment was small & cozy but that was expected. It was quiet & clean but there was hair on the floor in both bathrooms and in the showers. There were 6 women in our party and we were provided 1 towel & 1 washcloth/person and 1-1/2 rolls of toilet paper for 5 days. I would recommend extra towels and at least 1-2 spare rolls of toilet paper for future guests staying more than 2-3 days. The beds slept well including the couch and the view was wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked & had updated appliances. Be sure to pull the door closed as it does not latch well without an extra tug - we found out the hard way when we returned for the evening to find it still cracked open. Very good location to restaurants & the trolley stops & within site of Universal Studios. Only minor suggestions so would recommend to others in the future

Deceiving
Pics & details of listing were a bit deceiving as to how the property actually was. My family & I stayed at this property for the convenience of the location & the amenities like the gym, pool, kitchen appliances, etc. When we arrived to the property it was unclear as to what building we were located in & what needed to be done for check in which was to go to the front desk although check in instructions said to go straight to the unit & not to the front desk. After that, we had issues with the code that was given for the door lock & had to stand in the hallway & wait until we spoke to someone & was provided another code. Once we entered into the unit, we noticed unpleasant stains on the sofa that appeared to not be cleaned. Due to the uncomfortableness of the sofa we had to purchase cleaning supplies & sheets to put over it. The unit is smaller than depicted. & it stated that there were a stove & oven however it was a built in electric hot plate & a toaster oven located on top of the fridge. It was also stated that the unit had a washer and dryer, but I later found out that the washer & dryer was on a different floor & was card operated by going to the front desk in the other building. Everything in the “gym” was old & inoperative with out of order signs & indoor pool area didn’t appear to be the cleanest. The WiFi in the home didn’t work so I had to use my hotspot the whole stay for our TVs.
