Enjoy the comforts in this spacious home located in the community of Windsor Island Resort that has a water slide, gym, and the lazy river. You will love your stay in this 8 Bedroom x 6 Bathroom home which provides a heated pool and spa. BBQ grill is complimentary. The Home sits on a wooded conservation lot with no rear neighbors for peace and enjoyment as we understand the value of a stress-free vacation and we’ve thought of the details to make your vacation a wonderful experience.

• BBQ grill is complimentary: Gas is not included for the BBQ grill.
• Heated Pool is not available when the temperature is below 65F

Great vacation home
The house was clean, some scratches on the walls and the TV upstairs in the play area did not work at the same time as the TV in the living room downstairs, both TV could not be on at the same time but overall great house, pool was clean and communication with the owners was great.

Disappointed in lack of communication and transparency
Overall, the house is very nice. Big rooms, spacious living spaces, and clean all around. Downside, the pool sticks broken, air hockey was broken, and the heated pool was never able to be turned on by host even though it was promised to us several times. The communication was okay between us and them, but they never resolved our issues after reaching out 5+ times about the pool lacking heat. If they can fix these issues in the future, then they would easily get a 5 star review.

Great overall
The house was very comfortable and worked well for our group of ten. Disappointed that the foosball and air hockey tables were broken and several other things in the house needed repairs. Pool was great to have access to and really fun for the kids .

Good but a lot of problems
The home was ok. The cleanest place I have stayed. There were issues with the game tables. Pool sticks broken (they brought by a new cue), fooseball table busred and airhocky table sounds like a jackhammer when turned on. I had an issue with the pool and jaccuzzi heating up for a day. The vrbo people were generally responsive. Overall it was not bad, but I would not stay in the same place.

The house was amazing, the stay was amazing, everything was amazing. Only 1 complaint is my guest couldn’t come to the house unless they were on a list, so they couldn’t come relax and watch with us. Overall the house was amazing. Just hope to change the guest coming to see people a little different

Great Stay!
Host was very responsive and accommodating. House was beautiful and we found everything to be clean. We had an absolute blast. Would recommend for a large group as there is plenty of seating. Plenty of space for the teenagers and children to give the adults privacy. If you are considering, go for it!

Wonderful family reunion home
Beautiful property, well-maintained and supplied with plenty of kitchen supplies & dishes. Any issues we had were minor& very quickly addressed by the owner. The community amenities (lazy River, pool and splash park) were lots of fun, and when it got crowded, we just came back to the house & enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The kids enjoyed the air hockey table the best, although the foosball and pool table provided lots of fun too! We brought games and activities too, and other than the community amenities we stayed at the house and just enjoyed our time together. We had 9 adults & 10 kids ages 2-12 attending our family reunion, and there was plenty of sleeping space, bathroom availability, seating, etc for everyone. We’ll be back for sure!

Great get away
The property was as advertised. The only issues were the following: trash can outside being full of unbagged trash. Flies were everywhere. Also, the refrigerator, although half full, didn’t keep the food cold. Last, the televisions needed codes to access viewing. Half the house were seniors who were not interested in the pool and/ or available activities. Otherwise, the house was spacious, clean, and the property manager followed up as needed. I would highly recommend this property.

VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY
This is a huge community, but the amenities are great! Our kids and grands had a fabulous time. The rooms were very clean with lots of room. We were excited to know we could use the garage. Normally, you cannot. It helped so much with parking.

The house as a whole was wonderful. However, there was misleading information in the listing. There are photos of arcade games, but those are not at the house, they are at the community clubhouse. In addition to this, none of the outlets in the bathrooms worked, the TV cord in the master was too short & had issues with the hot tub draining. Everything was brought up to the host immediately, with promises of someone coming to the house to address the issues. Nobody ever showed up while we were there & no issues were ever resolved.

Awesome property in a great location!
Me and 7 golfing buddies did our annual spring trip to Orlando. The property was immaculate, well equipped, and the pool and hot tub were perfect after a hot day on the links. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time dipping in and out of the pool and playing air hockey, pool, etc. The place was immaculate. It states it in the listing and the information you receive, but there really are almost no supplies provided so plan to go to the grocery store immediately for napkins, toilet paper, laundry detergent, olive oil, spices, etc if you are staying for any length of time. No baking sheets that we saw but great smoothie blender, rice cooker, etc.

Best VRBO we have stayed in!
This house is fabulous. We have stayed at a lot of VRBO houses and this by far the best! It is an easy drive to Disney, Sea World, Discovery Cove and more. The house is pristine and there are so many extras that are available for use. A large air fryer, tons of pans, iron, blender, coffee maker, smoothie maker, 2 crockpots, and more. Everything you could possibly need. In addition there is table service for at least 20 and options for you gets kiddos with plastic cups and plates in addition. There are also tons of towels, pool towels, hand towels l, and washcloths provided in plastic bags so you know the have been well sanitized. In previous reviews there were concerns about no comforters. Every bed has a blanket in addition to the sheets and we were plenty comfortable. We had only 1 issue during our stay that the refrigerator (that is brand new) stopped making ice. It was not fixable and they brought an ice maker for us to use during our stay. Their response was incredibly quick too! The property owner and management team are so kind and incredibly quick to respond with any questions you may have. We felt very safe during our stay as the security is very good here at the front gate. The clubhouse has a ton to do for all ages and we would stay longer if we had more time. This is a must visit property!

Loved It!
We loved it. The house was big enough for our large family. It was in a great location and we loved the community pool area!! The owner answered in a timely manner which was great! Our only issue was 2 of the bathrooms were out of order (which we knew prior to arriving), there were no comforters, iron, ironing board, or broom. Other than that, we had an awesome time. Highly recommend.

Family Time
The house was perfect for our family of 15. Plenty of room. We had 4 families and each family had their private space with bathroom which worked great. All enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool and grill. The resort amenities were also perfect for all. One negative was the distance and traffic from the airport. You don’t want to have to do that very often. On the other hand, distance to groceries and other supplies was close and convenient. Overall, we all had a great week together.

We had an amazing stay at the property
We had to book the house at the last moment, but The host was very helpful everything was arranged for our stay the property was cleaned and well maintained. The family members loved the house it was very well decorated. We had such a fun time in the pool and the theme parks in the community were amazing the children loved it. The neighborhood was quiet and didn't have any disturbances. I'd personally recommend this house and definitely check this place out again.

Great Place
We had a few families in our group during this stay, and it was plenty big enough for us all. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Having a private pool was great when the adults were exhausted, but the kids could still swim. Also having the clubhouse with the water park and putt putt was a very nice amenity to have. The place also appeared and felt clean. We did have a few things come up, but the property manager was very responsive and available.
