Si vous recherchez des hébergements en bord de mer qui combinent une intimité paisible en bord de mer avec des activités pratiquement illimitées à proximité, notre condo à thème de plage au Seawinds est situé à Ormond Beach, à quelques kilomètres au nord de Daytona Beach, une plage sans route vous attend !

Découvrez la vie détendue en bord de mer dans notre condo lumineux, passionnant et bien aménagé 2BR / 2BA en bord de mer. Cette unité de coin sud-est offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan Atlantique depuis presque toutes les pièces. Lumineux et gai, ce condo au 2e étage a été entièrement redécoré pour refléter son emplacement en bord de mer.

En plus de la cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, vous apprécierez les meubles qui sont nouveaux, gais et accueillants - pas des «meubles d'hôtel» typiques. Élégamment décoré dans des couleurs pastel claires et lumineuses, ce condo décontracté de style Key West / Cape Cod / Beach comprend des meubles et des œuvres d'art qui ont été choisis pour refléter l'ambiance détendue de la plage locale.

Pendant votre séjour, vous profiterez de superbes vues directes sur l'océan depuis la cuisine, le salon, la salle à manger et la suite principale. Sirotez votre café du matin dans la suite principale (avec lit King), tout en regardant le lever du soleil. Si vous préférez l'air marin, prenez le petit-déjeuner (déjeuner ou dîner) sur votre grand balcon privé donnant sur la piscine étincelante et l'océan Atlantique.

La piscine en bord de mer pleine taille, accessible par clé, offre une intimité totale et est également chauffée pendant les mois les plus frais de l'année (lorsque les températures peuvent en fait chuter à 70 degrés. Brrrrr). Une promenade-passerelle mène de la piscine à droite sur la plage «sans voiture»; à quelques pas.

This is an older property that is very convenient and well maintained for its age. The owner was easy to communicate with and the documentation associated with our stay was excellent. The beach area for this property is beautiful with very few people. The pool was clean and it was nice to visit after a hot day in the waves. Everything is convenient to this property. Lots of good restaurants, gas stations, gyms, and supermarkets. Great view of the sunrise from a well placed 2nd floor balcony. Condo is well decorated and comfortable.

Stayed inside as little as possible
We stayed at this location a year ago for Jeep Beach, and had a nice stay. So good, that we booked it again this year. However, upon arriving, the place reeked of bleach. At first, we thought it was because they did a good job cleaning. After a day and a half or so we realized it was to mask the smell of mold throughout the condo. We had to constantly open the doors to air the place out. One of us is allergic to mold, and was dealing with headaches whenever we were in the condo. We did not complain to VRBO or the owner, simply because we knew there were no other options. If you are allergic to mold, or just don’t like the smell of mold, stay away. Also, the code to get into the building is shown incorrectly on the check-in page, just as it was last year. The numbers need to be entered first, and then the special character. The check-in page has it wrong, and since we didn’t remember the order to key in from last year, we had to wait for a resident to open the door for us.

The access to unit was easy. The kitchen was well appointed. We did not feel we could go barefoot due to carpets badly stained & felt dirty. We swept hard wood floor many times, no help. We think it is cleaned with a dirty mop. 2nd bedroom beds are awful & MB bed is passable. Windows in MB leak and gap at window cell needs attention, Bucket for leak under kitchen disposal, Mildrew in MB at front wall and partial front ceiling. 1 of 2 Electric sockets in MB bath is dangerous and cannot be used. Gray residue around the lower socket and short circuits if attempted to use. Sliding glass door fogged up during bad weather and needs adjustment. Very hard to open and close. Could not get 2nd BR TV to function and complicated LR TV. Called Spectrum & it took over hour to figure out how to get programs we wanted to watch. Ocean view is spectacular. Building was very secure and nice heated pool and deck. Much work needs to be done in this condo. My husband is afraid mold could be building up in MB due to so much moisture coming through windows. Used a squeegee on MB windows and sliding door during rainy and windy times to see out of them. On a whole, loved the building and the area. It is nice of owners to give guests a garage door opener to drive into building.. We really appreciated it. Hope all gets fixed and a good thorough cleaning would really help. Sorry to write all of this but condo would be great if all of the above is corrected.

Wonderful Week
We had a wonderful week at Ormond Beach. The location is fantastic. We could have spent the entire week on the balcony watching the waves, or walking the beach. The condo is very nice. Just right for 2-6 people. Great restaurants and stores close by. Easy parking, with a parking garage to keep your car out of the salt spray. Great elevator. Definitely intend to stay there again.

We had a terrific vacation and would come again. The balcony & view were wonderful. The ocean was steps away and easily accessible. Often we had the pool to ourselves, and when we didn't...the people were lovely. We had a minor glitch when we arrived, but the owner was fast to respond and it was all resolved quickly. The beds were comfortable. The furniture was nice, but it was not the same as the pictures. They have a new sectional and a recliner in the living room. The home was well stocked with everything you needed.

Quiet serenity
We wanted a place away from the downtown Daytona chaos, and this was great! We could walk 2 blocks to the grocery. Closet full of beach toys was missing any sand toys but very helpful: there was a crockpot, 2 hand mixers, but pots and pans were not in good shape so we didn’t use them. Very comfortable beds with lots of towels. Loved the balcony, seeing/ hearing/smelling the sea! Very private balcony where you cannot see any neighbors!

An amazing condo
Beautiful property. The housekeeper was there when we arrived at 3. Explained how everything worked. Especially the TV so we didn’t have to call anyone. We settled in after admiring the beautiful view. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again for sure. The building was quiet with a lot of nice people at the pool. Pool area was very clean and had ample seating/lounging options. Lots of shopping and food locations nearby. It had everything we needed. A couple minor glitches that we left a note about. Nothing that worried us during our stay.

Perfect Condo
The condo was as advertised. Perfectly arranged and equipped. Because we were there for outside activities, we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool nor the beach but they were quite inviting. Would certainly stay there again and highly recommend the property!

Reveal the unknown
We never made reservations for condo before. My friend told me about VRBO. it was safe and easy to book. After I saw pics of our room and text with host. It all seemed ok then. We were driving from 3 states away did not know the area. It was a nice area and felt safe. We enjoyed this trip and was away from all the crowds of people. The beach was beautiful and plenty of room to enjoy laying in the sun. We want to thank Tom for sharing his condo. It was very nice, just as shown on site.

Location of the apartment is very good
The apartment is spacious and the balcony faces the ocean. Wonderful place to chill in the evening after a fun day on the beach or exploring the area. Apartment is across the street from Publix, Dollar Tree, Beall's Outlet and a Chinese take out and a Dunkin Donuts. Apartment needs some TLC in the kitchen and guest bath and the window sill in the master bedroom should be addressed. Floor could be updated too. But overall, these things did not affect the enjoyment of my stay.
