Heading up to the deck, you’ll find everything you need for entertaining days in the sun and fresh air including barbeque and flat top grills, a TV, stereo system, and plentiful seating for enjoying casual conversation and meals al fresco. Continuing your outdoor exploration away from the home, Jetz Trampoline Park is within a 5-minute walk or you can take a short car ride over to Miner Mike’s, a family fun center featuring an interactive maze, rides, games, and snack bar. Lake of the Ozarks State Park is 4 miles away, feeding the nature lover in you with an endless shoreline, hiking trails, and hidden coves. Golf enthusiasts will want to check out the surrounding courses of Bear Creek, The Oaks at Margaritaville Lake Resort, and Osage National featuring challenging greens and fairways surrounded by stunning natural beauty. With options for shopping and dining also right within walking distance of the home, there’s truly something everyone can enjoy doing here!

Indoors, the open floorplan presents a cheerful interior with comfortable furnishings and décor inspired by its nautical surroundings. Curl up on the living room sofa with a new book as dinner is prepared in the kitchen just steps away. Complete with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and sleek cabinetry stocked with all the cookware and dining ware needed for the convenience of preparing meals right at home. Dine together at the table with seating for 6 or hop up to the counter for casual bites or a quick breakfast before jetting out the door. The den is the perfect place to watch a movie or catch an afternoon nap on the sofa with lake views remaining front and center. Feeling competitive? This home comfortably sleeps 13 guests between 4 private bedrooms, and 2 sofa sleepers.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin-over-full bunk bed.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
• The boat slip is avalibule for guest use for the duration of your stay. Please note that the boat slip is use at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any damage to a boat while tied up on the dock.
• To access the dock guest will have to walk down several flights of stairs.
• The dock is located near the main channel and the water can get rough on weekends and holidays during the peak summer season.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. A daily Pet Fee of $25 will be included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• If bringing a pet there are no outdoor accommodations for pets.
• Fireplace not for guest use.
• No trailer parking.
