The space
Lovingly restored Victorian home with new kitchen and renovated bathroom and large bedrooms. This beautiful two bedroom one bath is approximately 1200 square feet. Both bedrooms have smart Roku TVs. One queen bedroom has a built in electric fireplace. Second bedroom has a nice size closet for storage. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa and 55” Roku smart tv.
There is construction on the first floor for a future day spa. Between the hours of 8am-4pm there maybe some noise than normal.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the upstairs apartment. Entrance is in the front of the building. An access code will be required to get into the house. Once you enter you will come into a shared foyer and go directly to the stairs leading to a private entrance to the apartment.
Other things to note
Just as a reminder there are stairs to access this apartment and the railings are original to the building.
