« Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....

« We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Polbrock. The house was very clean and well-appointed. The backyard was wonderfully peaceful and relaxing with a firepit and comfortable seating. We did alot of exploring during the days and the house was a perfect place to recuperate and recharge for the next adventure! « We spent 10 days in this delightful and well equipped cottage. We were only two people so plenty of room, but it would have been comfortable for a small family. The kitchen had all we needed, the deck out the back was a great little sun trap, and the cottage is a two minute walk to Harlyn Bay. There is a bus to NewQuay and Padstow right on the doorstep. We loved this cottage and would definitely stay again. »

« Totally wonderful. This is a gem of a place , proper bucket and spade holiday with beautiful bedrooms. A place to make special family memories . « The location overlooking the Camel estuary and 10 minutes walk into Padstow centre is perfect. The house is well equipped and comfortable. One criticism would be that the ustairs room would be perfect as a family room if it wasn't open to the rest of the house hence any noise could be heard maki g it unsuitable for a baby to sleep. This did not spoil our week as we thoroughly enjoyed the house. There is a cycle route on the doorstep and great walks also without needing to use the car. »
