« I had a wonderful stay in WPB at Andrew and Laura's place. It is IDEALLY located just steps away from the intercoastal and very short drives to any location in the Palm Beaches. Very quiet and safe and the apartment is nicely appointed with some extra recreation perks as well (bikes, tennis equipment, and more). « The property was very nice but the property rules are very restrictive. We were in town for a family event and few family members came to visit us by the pool. The owner immediately came by and rudely asked us who we were and made our family leave. We were just a family catching up and not a bunch of college kids on spring break. It was handled very poorly by the owner of the property. It was unfortunate and put damper on our trip. »

« When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all.. »

« We enjoyed the property and everything we needed was in the home. We enjoyed having coffee together in the private yard. The kitchen had a full size range and refrigerator. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware, glassware and pots and pans. The king sized bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were more than adequate. The home is on a quiet street and the area felt safe. Thank you to the host for making the home inviting and comfortable. »

Brian is an amazing host who provided everything needed for the perfect getaway for my family and our dog. Brian spoiled us with an amazing choice of delicious homemade breakfasts delivered to our door each morning. The location is great and the neighborhood is beautiful. « I really love staying here. Each room is a condo unit so they are all different. Although my room wasn’t that great in terms of finishes, I don’t care because you can’t beat the price. The building itself is old and beautiful. It’s in a really great location, very close to the prettiest grocery store ever. You can walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants.
