Look no further you have find your next vacation spot. This beautiful newly updated 9th floor unit next to the elevator on the far right of the Summit with a great view of white beaches, blue gulf water and amazing sunsets. You can even watch dolphins play from your balcony! You will not want to go home after spending time here. You will return year after year to our condo for a great vacation experience.



Come enjoy this nice condo has a king-size bed, tile flooring through out, built in bunk beds in the hallway with Tv's and a queen size sofa-sleeper in the living room. Has a fully furnished kitchen refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, self cleaning stove, Microwave and washer and dryer for when you get home from a long day at the beach or pool.

Free wi-fi included through out the whole condo.

For your entertainment we have a 50 inch Flat screen tv ( mounted to the wall) and Blu-ray player in the living room a 32 in flat screen tv ( mounted to the wall) in the bedroom.
As stated before both the bunk beds have small tv that can be used to stream shows.

This is a great place for a summer vacation. It has great views and a lot of fun things to do for your self and your family.

The Summit is close to shopping centers, fine causal dining, amusement parks, state park, gold course. putt-putt, fishing and many more activities for you and your family to enjoy together. The Summit features 2 swimming pools ( one heated), 2 kiddie pools, 3 hot tubes( 1 indoor), indoor sauna, pool side tiki bar, poolside snack bar/giftshop, Bikini Bobs Casual restaurant and bar , game room. Just a few steps on the Summit's boardwalk takes you from pool to beach! Beach amenities include: Lounge chairs, Jet ski, and wave runner rentals, as well as parasailing.

Good Location
Great location. The AC wasn't working well but the owner was quick to respond and had it fixed right away. The layout of the condo was nice.

Great view, poorly cleaned and maintained
The view from the property is absolutely breathtaking and truly hard to beat. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors were noticeably dirty, making it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes. The bathroom was particularly disappointing, as the shower curtain was covered in mold, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Additionally, we noticed several other areas that had been neglected, including the kitchen, which showed clear signs of insufficient cleaning. These issues detracted significantly from what could have been an otherwise amazing stay.

Showed up and killed 2 cockroaches on the countertop as soon as I walked in the kitchen. The battery’s were dead in the remote for the kids tv so I had to go buy some battery’s and the tv still wouldn’t connect to the internet. I then proceeded to kill 3 more cockroaches during the stay 2 more in the kitchen and 1 by the bunk beds

PCB Weekend
We had a FANTASTIC weekend. The Summit is an older resort but as long as you know that it’s a great time. You can tell the condo was renovated somewhat recently. This room was great and we loved the beach chairs even though we only got to use them one day because of rain. We would stay here again.

Loved the location! Beds were comfy and view was great. However, towels did smell old. Place had a smell of staleness. Also note that only 2 beach chairs are complementary so we had to rent 2 more. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Not what I expected
The pictures make this look beautiful but that is not how it looks when you get there. Was really disappointed with how dirty the unit was. The bathroom rugs, bedding and towels were old and a lot of them were stained. If you book this just know that you will have to buy everything that you need for the unit. They didn't even have extra toilet paper. I have stayed at a lot of other rental properties through other sites besides vrbo and they all have had some basics on hand like toilet paper, dishwasher detergent and coffee filters. This place had none of that. Would not stay at this place again.

Worst vacation ever
The condo is in need of painting badly. It had a weird smell that stuck to our clothes. We all slept fully dressed because the place wasn’t clean enough. There was a dead roach stuck in the door of the refrigerator. The two bathrooms have a pocket door between them and it’s very weird. It looks spacious on the pictures but it’s actually small and a little cramped. The property has rust around the elevators and it’s not in the best location. The condo and entire property was very disappointing and dirty. There is an abandoned restaurant next to the property and that will be part of your view from the balcony. I reached out to the owner about the condition of the place and he claim to have deep cleaned and painted everything two weeks prior. That was clearly a lie. Please don’t waste your money.

A short stay, but good
My husband and I came for 3 nights. Despite it being Spring Break the area was not busy. The location is across from Hammerhead Fred's and Longboard. We did hear some music and noise but it was nothing that was disturbing or kept us awake. The toilet doing a fill up all during the night did wake me up several times during the first night. I closed the door the rest of the time and it was fine. The condo itself is ok but the bathrooms are kinda dated from a toilet and shower/tub standpoint. Overall it was a really good trip.
