Step inside and be greeted by sweet coastal living! You’ll walk into the spacious living room and an open kitchen, dining, living room concept. Sneak a peek past the living room and check out the spacious screened in porch. Comfy couches to lounge on with privacy curtains offering seclusion and tranquility. Stay awhile and unwind – catch Netflix on the accompanying porch TV.

- Beach lovers rejoice! With beach access less than a mile away, you're just a short stroll (15 min) or ride (2 min!) from sinking your toes into the soft sand and soaking up the Florida sunshine. You're access point is Inlet Regional Beach - the largest on 30A, with lifeguards, restrooms, showers, and parking.
- We’ve got you covered on gear - the house comes fully equipped with beach towels, a cooler, beach chairs, and an umbrella. Prefer a different kind of water experience? - Take a leisurely 10-minute walk to the community dock and lake access or check out the community pool that you’ll have full access to.
- The home also comes with 4 complimentary bikes making getting to the beach a breeze!
- Propane grill, perfect for the chef in your family!
- Large, fenced-in yard with an accompanying outdoor dining table
- Vacation mode runs on coffee! We provide the coffee from 'The Well' and there is Keurig waiting for you for the morning pick-me-up!

Beach Access ⇨
The Inlet Beach Regional Beach Access, which is the largest public beach access in Walton County, is located just half a mile away and can be easily reached. This access point provides various amenities such as public restrooms, outdoor showers, ample parking, and seasonal lifeguard services.

- Parking: 2 parking spaces available in front of the home. Street parking is not available.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 23.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
