« Everything was great here, an older home, but beautiful. The house was huge and had many older elements that made it charming. The rooms were tastefully designed and all the cabinets were fully stocked. We had a family get together here and it was the perfect location for our little get together. On top of that there was a power outage (someone hit a transformer) and the host was on the phone within minutes helping me locate the flashlights and emergency candles. Definitely will rent again! »

« The property was excellent. Well stocked right on the lake little cabin. Perfect for a family with kids. We took 3 small dogs with us. This neighborhood has alot of dogs running around. They are not aggressive by no means. But if your outside they just run through the property. Kind of like free range pets. I really didn't like that. If you have dogs or don't care to be around dogs this cabin is not for you. »

« Our stay was almost a week long. We cooked several nights for ACU students and kitchen was fully stocked. Comfortable beds and couches. Super clean. We loved the outdoor space, racketball court brought lots of laughs along with fire pit. This will be my first go to for ACU visits. Highly recommend! »

« Great place to stay! We brought our grandson to the Rattlesnake Roundup and found this gem. Roscoe is a close drive to Sweetwater. It is a "tiny home" behind a house with adjacent parking. We arrived during the wind storm, so the inside of the property had a film of dust by no fault of the owners. It was surprisingly roomy with a kitchenette area, a separate living and bedroom area. « This is not a rental where the pics look nice and when you arrive you realize it’s filled with cheap furniture and run down finishes. It is obvious these thoutful hosts take great care of their property and their guests. Everything was immaculate from the yard to the dock to the furnishings inside. « Very nice home. Incredibly well stocked!!! The owner thinks of everything someone might need and then some!!! Extremely clean inside. Outdoor areas were somewhat neglected.
