« It was a bit large for us of a family of three, but Franco the greeter was super sweet. The screens on the windows were great to let fresh air in. They were generous to supply paper towels and plenty of toilet paper. Very old rustic. Bathrooms pretty clean. AC units good too.Main issue was multiple entries, one which wasn't super secure as we were victims of thieves. Very isolated so you get a false sense of security. Everything was tossed out of our bags, as they were looking for money, but...

« Overall, this was probably the best Italian rental we have ever had. The location just beneath the wonderful hill top town of Panicale makes exploring both Umbria & southern Tuscany very doable. The million dollar view of the grove & surrounding hills from the sun room was a daily treat. Elisa has decorated the cottage with impeccable taste. « Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, ist jedoch sehr nett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es verfügt über 2 schöne Bäder, 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 kleine Küche und den Wohnraum. Der Pool liegt ca. 150 Meter entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und absolut zuverlässig. »

« We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen in het gezellige huis met zijn zeer grote omheinde tuin (1000 m) de woning is comfortabel en de gastheren hebben meer dan hun best gedaan om ons welkom te heten. In de koelkast stond al een biertje en frisdrank koud op ons te wachten. De omgeving is mooi en het meer is aangenaam van temperatuur. (Assisi is overigens zeer de moeite waard om te bekijken.) Afscheid was erg hartelijk we kregen zelfs een prachtige litho mee van een van de eigenaren. Top verblijf! »
