The Space:
An ideal choice for up to 8 people that want to experience everything Park City offers, this condo is the perfect gateway to your next vacation getaway. Conveniently positioned near exceptional ski resorts and historic downtown, your family and friends are sure to have the time of your life.

After an exciting day of endless adventures, relax in the lounge area with a comfortable love seat and armchair seating. The rest of the group can also head to the family room, where you can cozy up with loved ones while cherishing the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace. Watch your favorite movie on the large flat-screen TV as you unwind for the night. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully-equipped kitchen, where they can whip up a delicious homemade meal for the group. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area, as you exchange stories of your exciting day in Park City.

Access to the private outdoor patio is through the family room; step out, relax, and breathe in the fresh mountain air as you gaze out into the beautiful sceneries of the shared backyard. The backdrop of the Park City Mountain Base resort will have you in awe. The outdoor gas grill is the perfect way for the master griller of your group to show off their bbq skills.

For a night of peaceful rest, head upstairs, where you will have access to 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a lovely king-size bed, a lounge chair, access to a private outdoor balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a beautiful king-size bed, and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo down the hall. Around the corner, you will see the Third bedroom that has 2 comfortable twin-size beds. In the fourth bedroom, there is a twinXL over a queen bunk bed. This bedroom also has it's own bathroom.


This condo is an end unit and will give you one of the best views in the complex, as well as natural lighting with additional windows throughout the home. A laundry room with a washer and dryer, on the second floor of the house, is located next to the kitchen. A half bathroom is also available on the main floor of the house. Guests will have access to the shared outdoor pool in the complex.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor patio, and community outdoor pool. You will also have access to 1 covered parking spot with 1 additional space in the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This condo is the perfect gateway to experience spectacular mountain and outdoor adventures in Park City. With a quiet location that backs up to the Park City Golf course, and with Main Street Historic District only a short 15-minute bus ride, you will have access to unique entertainment options -- multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and local festivities await. With Park City Mountain Resort base within half a mile from the condo, unlimited access to skiing, hiking, and other fun mountain adventures during your vacation getaway are at your fingertips. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience.

Getting Around:
This condo is conveniently located within walking distance to ski shops, cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores. Park City Main Street Historic District is a short 15-minute free bus ride with Fresh Market/DoubleTree Hotel bus stop on multiple routes only a 3-minute walk from the condo. Park City Mountain Resort base, located within 0.5 mile from the entrance of the condo, will bring you to the best ski runs in Park City. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Pool and hot tub hours are 12:30pm-8pm via outer gate for the Spring season.

Interior painting of the Clubhouse is expected to begin on Wednesday, May 1st. Interior paint should last at least three days, during which time the Clubhouse will not be accessible for use.

The North spa will be resurfaced in May. This work will take approximately two to three weeks. As always, outdoor work is dependent on weather.

The South spa is expected to remain open while the North spa is resurfaced.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for quickest response.

House Rules:
• No smoking
• Pets are not allowed
• No parties or events
• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.

Great Location!
Wonderful location and great views of the mountains! The house was clean with plenty of room for everyone to comfortably chill. The beds were comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, updated property, super comfortable!
Two families of four stayed here comfortably. The beds were comfortable and we were all able to hang in living room together. Close to park city resort and downtown. Walked home from dinner one night. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Park City condo, great location
This is a great condo. It is updated and very clean. It is in a great location - 5 minute walking distance to the Fresh Market grocery store and the free shuttle to take you anywhere in the Park City area. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice floor plan for family. Would reccomend a couple updates. No electrical outlets with charging stations anywhere in condo. Need 4 $5 plastic chairs for exterior table for bbq. Master bath has no safety grab handles in bathtub/ shower. No smart /bluetooth TVs (would disclose) No hair dryers in bathrooms. FYI refrigerator door opens on wrong side. I have 40 year history of 25 rental properties. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay. Nice view of golf course watching the 18th hole!

Peaceful Retreat
This property is conveniently located near downtown Park City on a Public golf course with pond. In winter, there is a ski trail groomed around the golf course. It is a great place foe building snowmen and young children sledding too. The rental was comfortable, well stocked and clean. We used the fireplace every day! The apt manager was easy to contact and booking was a breeze. With 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 living areas and 3 bathrooms, this end unit was perfect for our family. We will be back!

Great Spot in Park City!
Great location in downtown Park City. Super clean and plenty of beds. We stayed in the early fall and temperature was perfect, but unit does not have an A/C. Has a carport and plenty of space for luggage or any gear you may have. During our stay the TV and internet service was down. Property managers were quick to respond and get it taken care of. Unfortunately due to us being there on a weekend Comcast could not come out until the Monday after we left. Renee worked with us and gave us options to make up for this untimely incident. We would definitely book here again or with the company again!

Beautiful Place
It’s easy to give this a 5-star rating. The place was exactly what the photos displayed. Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of living space. It’s beautiful, right on the golf course. It got a little warm in the afternoon without air conditioning, but it cooled down quickly in the evening. We will definitely go there again.

Updated, clean, comfortable. quiet property in great location
Our experience was great! Communicating with host was easy and pleasant. Easy to find, grocery store within walking distance, bus stop just outside development. The property is clean, well stocked with extra towels, blankets, pillows. The beds and bedding seem to be new and are comfortable and clean. The bathrooms appear to have been very recently updated with new sinks, tubs, toilets, beautiful tile work and are sparkling clean. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to have all the supplies needed to cook almost anything and the refrigerator was clean. We understood their was no air conditioning in the unit and It was unseasonable warm in Park City in September and the upstairs bedrooms were warm but fans helped to cool the areas down. The pool area was clean and pool chairs were nice. Overall I would visit again and recommend to friends.

Location of this condo was great, pool was nice & hardly anyone there so it was great to have it to ourselves. The condo was a bit dated which I knew from other reviews, but the layout was great. I missed from the write up that there is no air conditioning, so it did get very warm. The master had loose wires hanging where a ceiling fan used to be & a box fan available, as well as another box fan. The washer & drier are a small version, so don’t plan on washing towels & there are no pool towels, so plan accordingly! Washer was very temperamental & took some special instructions & lots of patience to get it going. The water was never hot, but warm. The space was great, layout worked very well. Property manager was very responsive & easy to reach with issues.

Very Good Option for the Money
The condo is a bit dated but everything is clean and works well. The kitchen is particularly well-stocked. All bedrooms have ceiling fans - which is a nice feature. The TV in the living room is huge and nice (65 or 70 inches). The location is very good - across from the grocery store and only about 150 yards to the bus top. I would highly recommend this unit and will probably seek to rent it again.
