3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom Full home with your own stairs to beach access and beautiful views of Parksville Bay's oceanfront.

This Luxury oceanfront home sleeps 6 comfortably. The Master bedroom with a king bed has ocean/beach views! The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. There are 2.5 bathrooms- Master bathroom has a beautiful stand up shower, second bathroom is a tub shower combination and the half bath is located near the laundry room on the other end of the home.

This level property sits on a high bluff, with incredible views of Parksville Bay, a view of the mainland (Vancouver) mountains.
20 min, walking distance to downtown Parksville. 10 min drive to Qualicum, 45 minutes to Nanaimo Airport and 45 min to Comox Airport. 40 minutes to Nanaimo Ferry and 2 hour Drive to Victoria BC (capital of BC)

The area offers local farm to table restaurants, rodeos in Coombs along with the popular Coombs market Goats on the Roof.
If your an outdoors person there is unlimited activities from Golf, hiking, mountain biking, road riding, kite surfing, kayaking, stand up paddling. Or just sit in this beautiful living room and enjoy all the ocean and mountain views right from the couch!

This home is centrally located just a short minute drive to downtown parksville! Parkville Beach is famous for its sandy beaches and low tides, and Sand Castles. An incredible community park, for children, tennis, pickle ball, skate boarding and beach volley ball.

Parksville house on the bluff
Perfect for 4 Seniors, 2 with mobility issues. The house is beautiful , well stocked , The views are beautiful from inside the house and especially on the patio. We spent a lot of our time on the patio watching the eagles, the seals and birds. The stairs to the beach … weren’t used by us.. again mobility issues but the beach is just a short drive away

Great get away for our family.
We’ve vacationed to Parksville and the Island several times. This by far was the best one yet. We loved this property so much. The view was amazing. We loved having our morning coffee on the deck watching the sunrise over the water. The house was set up perfectly, lots of space and comfy beds. Ted and Cheri dropped by the house to meet us. Very nice couple. We hope to be able to rent the house again next summer.

Loved staying here. Spacious 3 bedrooms, fantastic deck with an amazing view. On a quiet street with walking paths down to the water. Soft linens and towels, good pillows, lots of attention to detail. Would definitely stay again!

lovely clean and peaceful home
Beautiful clean home and we had a lovely stay with our family. The layout of the house was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the wide open family area that was separated by a fireplace to allow people to see space when needed. The beach is very rocky and we gave up trying to walk on it, but staying in a waterfront home and having a lovely home to spend with family was more than worth it. Will definitely book again.

Parksville Paradise
From the deer grazing in the front yard to the spectacular water and mountain views off the back deck, this beautiful home offered us the perfect spot for a safe, relaxing and comfortable girlfriends get away. This spot is close driving distance to markets, restaurants and many beaches. Vancouver Island is a beautiful place to explore and we hope to definitely come back to this place another day.

Amazing View!
This property is absolutely amazing and the view even more so! The house is beautiful, super clean and well cared for. The beds were great and the kitchen was fun to cook in with the view right through the doors. We spent the majority of our time on the huge deck, reading, staring at the water & beach and spending time with family friends. We thought that this is what heaven must look like. We will definitely be back!

4 ladies gathered in this beautiful home for a week of vacation and exploring Parksville/area. Home exceeded our expectations! View is stunning! Yard and home beautifully appointed! Beds extremely comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Host very responsive and helpful! Spectacular hiking trails, biking, beaches, golf (mini and regular), restaurants all within a short distance. Great market nearby. Lots of parking. This wonderful home offered us rest and adventure! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely house very much. Perched up over the ocean, the views were outstanding, including sea lions, eagles, hummingbirds. Well located to restaurants, groceries and many of the areas spectacular outdoor activities. The house is well represented in the pictures, is immaculate and well stocked. Cheri was very responsive to communication. The grandkids enjoyed playing with the indoor and beach toys that were available. We all had a great time and would definitely return

Beautiful home and yard.
We had a great stay for the week and our kids enjoyed the private beach! There were eagles, hummingbirds and even deer that walked through the backyard! The house is nice and open and had everything we needed. Cheri and Ted were great and even checked in on us when the weather brought some snow. Highly recommend!!!

Million dollar view
We enjoyed a wonderful week in Parksville and couldn't get enough of the amazing view of the ocean from the back deck. We heard whales slapping their tales in the ocean, had small deer on the front lawn, humming birds... It was a wonderful place to unwind after a day of golf, whale watching or walking along the beach as the tide went out. The owners were very helpful. We look forward to another visit.

Such an amazing home!!
My family and I were truly blessed to have been able to spend our Christmas/New Year holiday at Cheri and Dan’s. The house and location far exceeded my expectations. The house was equipped with everything we needed and more!! We unfortunately were snowed in for about 10 of our vacation days but the comforts of the house made it very enjoyable, the warm fireplace, ping pong table, and games were a hit! Cheri and Dan are super hosts and maintained very good communication throughout the process. I absolutely recommend this vacation home and look forward to another stay in the future.

Perfect home for a family of 6. This tastefully updated home had a well equipped kitchen, spacious living space and large deck overlooking the Parksville beach. We enjoyed morning excursions down the stairs at the back of the property, to the beach for low-tide walks along the shore. We'd stay here again for sure
