Ridgeview Retreat--Style and Comfort on the Westside!

Ridgeview Retreat, located on the desirable West Side of Paso Robles wine country, offers 1920s classic style combined with modern updates and perfect location. In a quiet neighborhood just minutes from all downtown has to offer, you will enjoy the terraced back deck and yard, bocce ball court, BBQ, and multiple seating areas. View deer walking through the oak trees, grill your favorite meal, and sip local wines from your wine-tasting adventures.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features hardwood floors, a gas fireplace in the living room, large gourmet kitchen and heated floors in the bathrooms! Ensuite bathroom in the king master bedroom, hallway bath shared by the queen bedroom and sunny sitting room with queen sleeper sofa. Both the queen bedroom and sitting room have direct access to the spacious, private back deck. You will find an emphasis on guest comfort, privacy, and backyard playtime with bocce ball, corn hole, hardline BBQ, and views. Lots of games and puzzles indoors, along with multiple flat-screen TVs! Convenient driveway parking, full laundry room, keypad entry. City Permit #STR19-0064. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.

Great Paso Stay
Quiet home in a residential neighborhood. Just under a mile from downtown. Easy access to wineries in all directions. House was better than expected. 2 very nice bedrooms. Bathrooms were quite nice. Kitchen had everything you could possibly want. We didn’t use the gas grill or bocce because it was over 100 degrees. Parked under an awning by side door. Quality everything. Thanks

Best stay yet!!
We've stayed in dozens of VRBOs and this is by far the best! An incredible home with hardwood floors and classic charm that has been updated throughout to offer the modern comfort we all expect. The home was so well appointed with amazing attention to detail and more personal amenities than in any previous home. The patio and bocce ball court were a definite hit! A great place for coffee in the morning or a cocktail as the sun sets. I would give this property (and the management team) six stars if I could

The space is thoughtfully decorated in a way that feels homey and curated. We cooked several meals in the well-appointed kitchen and everyone slept well. Even the fold-out sofa bed was really comfortable. Only wish we’d picked a warmer weekend so we could’ve spent more time enjoying the deck and bocce ball court!

Extremely Comfy!
This home is in a lovely neighborhood walking distance to downtown Paso. Close to wineries too. It was chilly in February but the home had a very easy heating system with a cozy fireplace and livingroom to hang out in and watch the superbowl. Kitchen was easy for breakfast and completely stocked. Backyard had a lovely view and comfortable seating for watching the birds or playing Bocce. We’d stay again!

Wonderful Vacation Rental!
We really enjoyed our three night stay in this home. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. I loved that it even had two types of coffee pots. But my favorite thing about this house was its location. This home was up on a ridge, less than a mile from downtown Paso. For us, the downside to this particular home, was that the wooden floors made it a little tricky to walk around late at night or early morning without waking everyone. But we’d definitely still love to stay in this home again. As Hosts, Paso Robles Vacation Rentals exceeded all our expectations. Each person we dealt with or spoke to was amazing. If this particular home, doesn’t have enough bedrooms to suit your needs, I’d definitely recommend choosing one of the other homes hosted by Paso Robles Vacation Rentals.

So Well Stocked!
Overall an awesome trip to Paso Robles with friends. We were a larger group, so rented both this house and the one next door. Both were great, but this definitely had a better kitchen and main space for group dinners and watching some sports games on a rainy day. The thing we were most impressed with was how well stocked this house was - every spice you needed (though we had brought our own pre-measured), olive oil, shampoo/conditioner - even plastic wrap and tinfoil! That was really special and so unique to a rental house experience, that often don't even have salt and pepper. Easy check in / check out process as well - this company seems to be pros.
