« Pictures are very accurate, the property is mere steps to the beach. Potrero is a great, quieter beach town that has some great food nearby. Excellent coffee, smoothie bowls, and massages are less than 10 minutes walk away. Short drive to Tamarindo if you want more of a party scene or more surfable beaches. « We really liked the location! We were overlooking the pool which was warm and beautiful. Huge outdoor deck with table and comfy seating (there was also a grill, but we didn't use it). It was a very short walk to the beach. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance and a supermarket was a couple minutes away via car (there was a closer one but we didn't go to that one). The kitchen was large and fully stocked, i think we were the first people to use the oven/stove and toaster....

Great view, was enough room for our family of 4, extra towels to take to the beach, only about a 5 min walk to the beach, had a washer and dryer(it was a little noisy), AC was great. It was nice to have a coffee maker, just bring coffee creamer if you like that.
