« Très bon hôtel historique. Le lobby est de type “classique” très beau. Les chambres sont très confortables mais un peu petites selon les critères actuels, de plus le décor est classique et non moderne. On se sent un peu comme si nous étions dans les années 50. C’est mon deuxième séjour et j’y retournerai sûrement. »

« The Boggs Mansion is a restored old mansion with 8 rooms all of which are different. Guests are welcomed by a live-in house manager who attends to guest needs and provides breakfast each day. « Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« The breakfast was very good including the coffee (not everyone has good coffee). There is plenty of off street parking in a secure and well lit parking lot behind the building. There are actually 2 buildings and one appears to be all suites. I suggest you request a room in the suite building. You might also request a room towards the back of the building as street noise could be an issue for those who are light sleepers. Finally, if you plan to visit the wineries in the area plan to do so early...
