The apartment is located in Ponte San Giovanni ,the neighborhood of Perugia, connected to the city by the station reachable with a few steps from the accommodation and by several bus lines that connect in about 20 minutes with the historic center.
In Perugia it is possible to visit the Cathedral of San Lorenzo and the Fontana Maggiore, one of the most famous in Italy, built in the medieval period on the designs of Nicola and Giovanni Pisano to receive the water coming from the aqueduct of Monte Pacciano, but also the arch and the Etruscan well which are part of the ancient city walls.

From Perugia it is possible to take the E012 bus in via Roma for 12 minutes and get off at the via Adriatica stop. the apartment can be reached on foot in 12 minutes.
Alternatively, from the Perugia station it is possible to take the regional train 4711 and get off at the Ponte San Giuseppe stop. The accommodation can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

From Ponte San Giovanni station, the accommodation can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the house and there are no shared spaces.
