Parking is available in every season directly in front of the entrance of the house on a large public car park. Public playground and pool facilities (Piscine Signorelli Peschiera del Garda) are just a few steps away from the house).

Every Thursday there is a weekly farmer's market near the house, supermarkets are 600 meters away (Lidl, Eurospin), many restaurants, pizzerias and bars can be found less than 300 meters from the house on the main street San Benedetto with Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione connects. You can quickly reach many places and attractions on southern Lake Garda by public transport or by car (Sirmione, Desenzano, Peschiera del Garda, Borghetto, Castellaro Lagusello, Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld Acquapark etc.). The train station of Peschiera is 4 km away and offers an ideal connection to Venice, Verona or Milan.
