The space

Host a soiree or movie night in the expansive open living room outfitted with plenty of seating, a wet bar, a handsome full-size billiards table, and a massive flat screen TV.
Just off the living room area sits the showroom-worthy chef’s kitchen highlighted by elegant designer materials and finishes such as a powder blue subway tile backsplash, attractive custom cabinetry, sleek pendant lighting, and a generous amount of countertop space. For home-cooked meal preparation, the kitchen is furnished with name-brand stainless-steel appliances including a stacked wall oven and microwave, an oversized refrigerator, and dishwasher. A gas stove, toaster, and coffeemaker are also available for added convenience. For casual dining, bar seating is available at the large kitchen island and there is also a dining table and chairs in the dining area for more formal meals.
