You'll find grand arched entryways, an eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar, game room with pool table, and gorgeous backyard oasis with a heated pool, grill, and firepit.

Centrally located in Mesa, just 15 min from Scottsdale, Phoenix and Gilbert and easily accessible to the best golfing and hiking trails.

Living room: Two Pull out sofabed

Note: Given the layout of the home, 2 of the bedrooms connect directly with each other.

During the winter months, our pool heater is able to sustain temperatures in the low to mid 70s.

The washer/dryer is unfortunately out of service while we work on getting a replacement. We've updated this in our listing amenities.

Guests will have private access to the entire home, backyard, and amenities.

Note:
- The heated pool works best during the late spring, summer, and early fall months. Depending on weather conditions, the heat pump may not keep up with cooler weather.
- We have a small washer that takes small loads and a full size dryer
- The jacuzzi tub in the backyard is not in service


- Early Check-in Fee: $20/hr.
- Late Check-out Fee: $20/hr.

Heated Pool Fee: Enjoy the comfort of our heated pool during your stay for an additional fee of $40/day. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to include this option so we can prepare the pool for you.
