Fall is coming - 1.5m off the strip - we have space for you, great for families!

The Grey Osprey is a newer cabin (2020) located just 1.5 miles from the Parkway! You will have a hard time finding a nicer, newer cabin in such a convenient location. Less than 10 miles to Gatlinburg, only 6 miles to Dollywood, and only 10 miles to the beautiful Great Smoky Mountain National Park! The Grey Osprey offers an open floor plan, with granite countertops, tongue-in-groove interior walls, and luxury flooring. The main floor has a bedroom with a King bed, a dining room that seats 10, a living room, and a full bathroom (walk-in shower). The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee pot, crock pot, dinnerware, cookware, and silverware. The living room includes a stacked stone electric fireplace and a TV (with cable). For seating, we offer 2 chairs and a couch that pulls out to a queen sleeper as well as a love seat. The top floor offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a sitting area with a TV, a sofa, and a foosball table. Every bedroom in the cabin has a TV with either a satellite box or a Roku streaming stick! All essentials are included; towels, hand towels, washcloths, make-up removal clothes, soap, shampoo, toilet paper sheets, comforters, pillows, comforters, trash bags, kitchen towels, and kitchen cloths. Everything you need for a relaxing stay in the Smokies! The back porch is great! It has a stacked stone corner electric fireplace and TV with Roku streaming stick. Additionally, on the porch, you will find the hot tub and a couple of rocking chairs. It is the perfect spot to enjoy chilly mornings and evenings with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Our stay at this charming cabin was great! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated, with every amenity we could need. The kitchen was fully equipped. We particularly enjoyed the deck with jacuzzi and views. The location was convenient for town activities and amenities. The host was incredibly responsive. We can't wait to return!

Family Bonding
My brothers and sisters, in the last few years, have made it a priority to take a trip with our mom - our last surviving parent. This year we decided to take her to see the Smoky Mountains National Forest. To accommodate the needs of those who could make the trip, I located this vacation home not too far from the parkway in Pigeon Forge. It exceeded our expectations. It was well-kept, bright and sunny and well-appointed. Everything we may have needed seemed to be available to us. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own personal space, plus a big, open living/dining and kitchen area where we could gather! The refreshing hot tub and a working ice maker were an added bonus! We will be back again!

Vacation Home in Pigeon Forge
This vacation home is in a new development in town (multiple map apps had difficulty located the address). Three full baths and four bedrooms were great for our large family. There isn't much of a backyard to speak of, but the kids enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch. The upstairs master bed was very much on the soft end of the spectrum, which could be worth noting for guests that prefer a firmer mattress. Host was super responsive to questions. Thanks for the great week!

The house was clean. There was plenty of open space downstairs. The hot tub was clean. The downside was the upstairs was really hot, while the downstairs was cold. There were no closets in any bedrooms.

Experience left much to be desired
Let me start by saying: the cabin was nice, the beds were comfortable, the location was great, the price was right, and the owner was quick to respond with all inquiries. This was our family's vacation for the year. We brought our Mother-in-Law with us, as my Father-in-Law just passed away earlier this year. Our check-in time was at 4pm. We arrived without a door code and a backup code that didn't work. Upon receiving the code, we were made aware that the cabin had not been cleaned yet. This was mentioned in a previous review, but there were many other reviews that led us to choose this cabin. We didn't bring in our stuff as the cleaning lady was on her way. We went on to Gatlinburg while we waited. After 10pm we made our way back to the cabin. It was not completed. Both the Front and Back porch lights were also out, and a storm was rolling through. So, in the pitch dark and the pouring rain, we unloaded our vehicle. All this with a 64-year-old. The cleaning wasn't completed fully until the 3rd day. The lights weren't replaced for the duration of the stay. The whole experience was pretty confusing. Seemed to be a little too much energy and effort placed into what should've been done prior to check-in. We weren't expecting to have to be in constant communication with the owner for the entire stay. The housekeeper had recently lost helpers, which contributed to the chaotic week. Cleaning Fee was refunded, but the whole stay was affected.

This property was close to the Parkway. We enjoyed this feature the most. Quick and easy to get places. Easy access into the house and spacious first floor. Nicely decorated. For some things to improve. The way the air ducts are in the ceiling caused the second floor to get extremely hot at night. Disappointed in the toilet paper. The National Park had better toilet paper. Had some problems with the upstairs toilet- broken lever, hot tub not working and fire place didn’t work after the first night. Would have appreciated someone coming out to look at these items when we requested even if we were only there for one more night. At the rate we were paying it was part of the amenities we missed out on. If those things can be improved we would consider staying again.

This was my first cabin experience and trip to Pigeon Forge! Matt was amazing from pre to post trip! The cabin is very clean and spacious. More than enough space. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The beds are comfortable. Location is perfect; quiet but very close to main strip! I will definitely be staying again! Thank You, Matt!

Great place
House was easy to access once found. GPS takes you to another place close to this, but owner provided accurate directions. Close to town and no mountain roads to go up. House could have used more wash clothes since there was six of us. We only have a few and not enough for everyone, but we managed with hand towels that were provided and just washed stuff daily. Hot tub was nice. Upstairs does get way hotter than the downstairs even with the heat set low, but the kids opened the windows to cool it off a little before they went to sleep. Overall wonderful place to stay!
