« Great area, one block from Downtown Main street. Close enough to walk to brewery and restaurants. Very quite neighborhood. House was perfect for six people and the kitchen was spacious with plenty of counter space. The deck was perfect to sit outside and enjoy the tranquility. Very clean and the host was especially helpful. Mike went above and beyond as a host!! I will absolutely rent again next time I am in Nacogdoches! Thank you »

« This was an amazing place to stay on Lake Livingston!! From the layout of the house, the tree house for the kids, the boat dock and the fishing was outstanding! « 10 out of 10 stars! Noelani (host) was amazing and so easy to communicate with. The house was fantastic, pictures don’t do it justice. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were so thick and soft! She thought of everything to make a vacation feel like home away from home. »

« I’m one to fluff feathers and give 5 star ratings for no reason but oh…my golly. This place was hands down, the best rental I’ve ever stayed in. It’s 16 acre wooded lot,private lake view with multiple decks. A tree swing hung off a hill. »

« We stayed in early April with our adult children and elderly parents. The pool and hot tub were excellent, and the outdoor seating was plentiful and was a favorite place to be if we were not in the water. Beds are comfortable, host is so thoughtful and kind, and the house was a perfect set up for our group. We would absolutely stay here again. »

We would have appreciated it if the backyard was maintained a bit better, we had to dig out the leaf blower and cleaned some of it ourselves and there was a broken lounge chair on the loft terrace. Other than that the place made for a fun stay. »
