« I stayed with my family for Labor Day weekend at this lovely and cozy property. It had everything we needed and was very clean. Warren, the host, was amazing and responded to all my questions in a timely manner. The location was great, and the beach was fantastic. For my birthday, I wanted a peaceful long weekend, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The night sky was so clear that we could see all the stars. I’m looking forward to repeating the experience! »

« Even though beach access was a short walk 8 houses down it’s all private beach. The closest place to set up is Stump pass (which is also close) but if you get there after 7am there is no parking and you have to drive north to Blind Pass Beach. Overall was a great trip and would probably stay again. »

« Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. Well stocked with most things you would need, grocery store not far for specifics you might want. Comfortable furnishings too! The host was always quick to answer ant questions we had. Would recommend this home for anyone searching for a house close to things to do but far enough removed to be quiet and relaxing. »

« This home is incredible on every level. Every inch of it was well thought out and is decorated top notch. It sits at the end of a canal which provides an amazing sun-rise while enjoying morning coffee out by the pool. Our grandson enjoyed fishing at the waters’ edge. We spent our days playing in the pool, grilling and enjoying the family friendly space. Cant wait to come back! »

« My married children and their kids traveled from Iowa and Orlando to be here for my dad's 100th birthday. The entire house was comfortable, clean, user (children) friendly. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the opportunity to be in such a nice space together. The owners were very friendly and accommodating with any questions we had. We will definitely book there again. »

« We chose this place because we wanted a new place with access to new beaches and places we hadn’t been before and this gave us that. The owner was very nice and helpful. They were accessible throughout our journey and eager to help us anytime we needed it. They answered all our questions. I would recommend this location for your family vacation and the pool is great!!!! »

« This place was amazing. We did a weekend girls trip for my daughter’s birthday. The cottage was just perfect for the 6 of us. Walking distance to the beach. Took the shuttle to the restaurants. We loved it. We will be booking again in the near future. »

« We had a great stay. Showed up right before tropical storm Debby. On Sunday Nick the owner texted us to be sure we were safe and everything with the house was ok. Thought that was incredibly thoughtful. And the following day he stopped by and cleaned up all the debris the storm left behind. House was very clean and updated . The outside pool area was a lot of fun. Pool was clean and heated. I would definitely stay again and hope to very soon »

« The stay we had was amazing, the house was so well stocked, beautifully decorated and clean! I loved the layout of the house lots of room. Lot’s of eateries close by. « The listing at time of booking said it slept 8 and had a pull out couch or futon but it had neither, the owner was very apologetic and offered to compensate for a blow up mattress so that was considerate. Everything was very easy and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall a very nice place »

« Had a great time. The only issue was when we went to the pool one afternoon and four "yacht couples" also came to the pool with their cooler of beer. They created a circle in the shallow end of the pool, chatting and drinking their beers. No issues with them but no room for us to get in and swim around unless we went into the deep end. We are senior citizens and have a hard time getting up and down the ladder in the deep end. We stayed for a short while and then left the pool. »
