« Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. « Family member also on lake so we enjoyed water sports with them. »

« Will absolutely book again! Perfect location in proximity to both downtown Ellicottville and Holiday Valley Ski Resort. The personal touches in the suite made it an even nicer stay! Hot tub worked great, and we have already discussed booking in the summer to check out the pool! »

« Beautiful property! Easy access. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with amenities. However, due to the awkward layout, we would have been much more comfortable with privacy window treatments in the front porch area. Also, the shower floor is EXTREMELY slippery. « We had another wonderful stay at the cottage and truly appreciate the peaceful atmosphere both inside and out. The space had everything we needed to stay comfortable and cozy, especially with the weather in the teens, including great internal temperature, fireplace and bedding. « Unfortunately, the house was filthy when we checked in. The floors and bathrooms were dirty, as was the kitchen. We overcame this, as the house at the lake was spectacular with a refrigerator, bathroom ice maker and barbecue. We were able to spend long periods of time at the lake without climbing back to the main house. « Nice space to stay with friends if you're visiting the area. Bring paper towels we ran out. The upstairs has no fan for the bathroom or bedroom and it gets very hot at night in the upstairs bedroomGame room was super fun . Could have used more firewood for the stove but so nice to be by the fire. Overall a great space to use. »

« Quite cozy updated home close to town with plenty to do »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was an almost perfect late fall weekend and just loved being able to watch the sunrise from the comfort of our living room. Everything was as stated in the description. Having a heavy duty crew cab pickup presented an interesting endeavor getting turned around 😆, the driveway was very steep and not a ton of room.
