Villa 18- La résidence est à deux étages avec deux chambres et trois salles de bain. La résidence est terminée avec les meilleurs matériaux offrant le luxe dans chaque chambre. La villa contient du sol au plafond panneau double portes pliantes qui maximisent votre point de vue des couchers de soleil incroyables. Profitez de la vue en bord de mer et magnifiques couchers de soleil tout au long de la résidence et quand vous sortez, vous êtes à moins de cinquante pas de la plage de sable blanc!

Le Palms a vingt-quatre heures garde la vie privée fermée et deux piscines avec un ruisseau qui les relie à l'aménagement paysager tropical attrayant dans tout le complexe. Il ya une salle de gym de l'équipement complet avec une belle vue sur l'océan. La station possède des équipements de sports nautiques (kayaks, planches de surf, planches de bodyboard).

The Best Holiday Ever!
Even before our arrival, I had good feelings about this stay. Not just from the pictures, but from the interactions with Keith before we got there! Unbelievably gracious, kind, and connected to his guests! We celebrated a big birthday and treated ourselves to an unfamiliar holiday. The place was fantastic, and if there was a need, he or the staff at the Palms acted to resolve it! The concierge team was fantastic, the outdoor kitchen was perfect, and the pool was amazing! Don't be scared of the "rainy season". Green and lush, and the minimal rain we got was short-lived. Drivers, local transportation, recommendations, suggestions, the PLACE.... we absolutely loved our stay and hope to return someday. Thank you for a wonderful holiday Keith. With our gratitude! We hope others are blessed to enjoy your home and this place!!

Fantastic property and great host!
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Palms with Keith! The unit was very clean and well maintained with very comfortable beds. Keith was very responsive and helpful. The ice maker was broken but he arranged for ice delivery. There were no boogie boards but Keith had one delivered. The grounds, beach and pool areas were amazing and relaxing. It was nice to be close to the marina because we arranged for 2 tours for boating and snorkeling. Overall, an amazing stay!

First Stay in Costa Rica
Our stay for our family of 5 at The Palms was just perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the concierge team, who gave us a thorough tour of the villa and explained the onsite and nearby amenities. Visiting in July, we found the property pleasantly uncrowded, often having the pool entirely to ourselves at certain times of the day. The location is truly beachfront, exactly as shown in the listing, and the infinity pool provided the perfect spot to catch the stunning Costa Rican sunset. The concierge team communicated with us via WhatsApp, typically responding to our requests in less than 2 minutes, which was amazing. They helped us book restaurants, excursions, and answered our questions throughout our stay. The 2-bedroom condo was spacious enough for our family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids, aged 12 and 17). Our 12-year-old slept in the loft, and our 17-year-old slept on the sofa downstairs, and everyone felt the condo was roomy and comfortable. The kitchen appliances were great, allowing us to make a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean view in the mornings. A special thank you to the host, Keith, who went above and beyond in accommodating our requests. He contacted us on our first day and recommended nearby restaurants that were phenomenal. Do yourself a favor and be sure to eat at the Surf Box and Gracia La Vid during your stay! If you're considering staying in Playa Flamingo, I highly recommend this villa at The Palms!

Beautiful Place! Great Host! Concierge and Staff!
These beautiful villas are in a perfect location - about 50 ft from two beautiful pools and about 75 ft from the ocean/beach and very walkable to the fabulous Coco-Loco (great food!) You won't find many properties like this in the area (if any). It's not overrun with guests or tourists (let's put it this way--there was never a wait or struggle to get beach chairs around the private pool). Just right. The villas are beautiful and extremely well-maintained. A big shout out to our host - Keith who was accommodating and understood exactly what our extended family needed - from transportation, and dining accommodations to fishing and other activities in the area.

This was our second stay at The Palms, and while the first time was great, this stay was better. What made this trip better was our host, Keith. I read all the reviews (all 10/10) for this amazing host and let me tell you, they were all accurate. We actually went with Keith and Villa because of his rating, and we were not disappointed. So, if you are considering a stay at The Palms, do yourself a favor and book thru Keith, you will not find a better host..

Perfection!
We had the most incredible time in Playa Flamingo at Keith's house. We are so grateful! The house had EVERYTHING we could have asked for, and more! Lush towels, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, blackout shades! We used the concierge for grocery delivery, ordered groceries ahead of time so that they were at the house when we arrived. Highly recommend! It was about an hour drive from the airport, we DID get a rental car, and we were glad we had one (we like to explore). Roads were bumpy in places, but not too bad.The beach at Playa Flamingo is beautiful -- long stretch of soft white sand, warm water, sunsets were pristine! We loved the staff on the grounds too -- they were so hospitable and welcoming -- fresh towels to lay out on the beach. There are also paddleboards and boogie boards you can use for free, and very comfortable beach lounging chairs. This is a private residence, but it feels like a hotel! It was SO nice having a cleaning service every day! There are several restaurants within walking distance, or you could take a car/golf cart. As far as activities, we did an ATV tour, a catamaran/snorkling tour, and a hike to the La Leona waterfall. All three were INCREDIBLE, memorable, beautiful, adventurous, fun. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and we LOVED it and will definitely be back. Thank you for sharing your home with us Keith! It was a dream!

Sunshine and Blue Skis!
This was our first trip to the Palms & Costa Rica so we didn't know what was in store. Nevertheless, IT WAS FABULOUS! This property is lovely from you entering the gate all the way to the ocean. The staff was on top of anything we needed at any time. The villa itself was very accommodating, clean, up-to-date furnishings, comfortable sectional in the living area, & the master bedroom bed was amazingly comfortable. Keith, the owner, was in contact with us to give us pointers about the area and to make sure we had what we needed at the Palms and the villa itself. He was attentive to our every need and want! YES, I would re-book this property again and again 1000%. Pura Vida!!!

If you are looking for a location, you can call Paradise, this is it. From the amenities to the service to the location, this property is hard to beat. The only risk of giving this review is it it will be harder to rent, but I think everyone should have a chance to experience time at this property The host goes above beyond and the staff does as well.

10+++ property, location and host!
This was our third visit to The Palms on Flamingo Beach. Although all the units we stayed in were lovely, this unit (16) exceeded our expectations at every level and will be our number 1 choice for future visits. The furnishings were all very high quality and the villa had everything we could ever need. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The concierge team was outstanding and scheduling activities and dinner reservations through them was very easy. What really set our experience apart from prior trips was the host, Keith. He contacted us several times prior to our trip and stayed in touch throughout our visit. You can tell he genuinely cared about ensuring we had a great experience. I can't thank Keith enough for making this a truly memorable vacation!

My family stayed at the Palms Villa over Xmas. The property is superbly appointed, just steps from the pools and pristine beach. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful with lots of tips and contacts, and the concierge helped us book several excursions which were fantastic. Very quiet and relaxing. Definitely 5 stars, and I'm a picky customer. Top notch.

The accommodations were as expected. Very good for two couples. The owner , Keith, was in constant touch. He also made a car available for us to use at a reasonable cost. We found several good restaurants nearby at the marina - Hazel’s , Matias and Surf Box. Next to the resort is PoloLoco which is a casual beach front eatery. We did a couple of excursions. The sunset cruise was nice - an afternoon out to the rocks in the distance. We also did the tour to Nicaragua. Brutal- 16 hours - most in a crammed van. Not recommended unless you want to punish yourselves. All good - Pura Vida !

Absolute Paradise!
My husband, our 11 yo and twin 8 yo daughters and best friend had a truly spectacular stay. I was particularly impressed with how comfortable the bed and linens were, and how well appointed we found the kitchen and supplies. It was easy to cook at the house, the the restaurants in walking distance were delicious. Having a washer/dryer allowed us to pack light. Our experience with management was wonderful. It was our twins eighth birthday, and they went out of their way to find decorations and a birthday cake, despite very little notice to our request. There were also very helpful and arranging surfing lessons and drivers etc. Every single person we interacted with was lovely and helpful. The manager Keith made himself very available, as did the staff. The cleaner Nancy was very flexible with our schedule and assisted daily. It’s a great combo of private rental and high touch hotel experience. The location turned out to be the favorite trip of our entire party. The pictures do not do it justice. It is just absolute paradise to look out onto that beautiful beach and ocean, whether you’re looking from your bedroom window or the pool, etc. the water is perfect, not too strong for the kids, warm and free of jellyfish. Honestly, this is place is paradise and we hope to be back soon! My only regret is flying into San Jose instead of Liberia (6 hour drive instead of less than one). We’ll book smarted next time. Can’t wait!

This villa is the absolute perfect place to stay for a trip to the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. Playa Flamingo was a beautiful location, and the home is on the absolute best spot on the beach! The description was completely accurate, except it couldn't even fully highlight how wonderful the place is. The views were amazing. The location of the specific villa couldn't have been better. The amenities were great. The pool and the beach are clean and lovely. And the communication with the owner/manager/concierge couldn't be beat. We had the most fabulous time, and so would anyone who stays there. The only thing we would mention that wasn't exactly to our liking was the loft bed. It was really quite high, with a low railing that we didn't feel was safe enough for our 9-year-old. It also was very hot up and stuffy up there. We worked out different sleeping arrangements (using the super comfortable living room sofa!) and it was just fine. Just wanted to share that with anyone who might be considering using that sleeping space. It did not detract in any way our enjoyment of the home. We loved it.

This was our second stay at The Palms and it was amazing. The combination of the pools with the best beach in Flamingo was perfect for our family. The owner was super attentive, messaged us to make sure we had everything we needed and provided us with the location of several local restaurants. The concierge service is quick and responsive to any requests or questions. Additionally, daily housekeeping in a condo is a huge plus. We're already planning our next trip back!

Everything as promised!
Keith was so easy to work with. He responded promptly to any inquiries, and we felt that he really wanted us to have a great stay! The house is beautiful, spacious and clean, and the view is incredible. Our family thought the loft bed looked uncomfortable and a bit treacherous with the ceiling beams and the height. We didn't use it but we thought other visitors might want to take this into consideration depending on their level of comfort. We have zero complaints about our stay! We would not hesitate to stay at the villa again.
