The Lake Place Condo: is a fully remodeled ground floor unit, with two bedrooms, one and half baths located in the center of Polson. Our cozy cottage offers an oversized covered patio, for relaxing, barbecuing, and reconnecting with family amidst the breathtaking surroundings. The guests can enjoy hiking, an onsite gym, sunbathing on the day dock, kayaking, boating, fishing, and swimming in the cooling lake waters. Conveniently located, it is just a day trip away from Glacier National Park.
Embark on an unforgettable lakeside getaway at The Lake Place Condo. Nestled amidst the breathtaking scenery of Flathead Lake and the majestic Mission Mountains, our retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.
Indulge in sweeping lakeside views and easy access to our shared private day dock and beach area, where you can swim, kayak, fish, or simply unwind by the tranquil shores. Our well-appointed kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals to be savored with family and friends, while the large fully furnished Patio provides the ideal spot to bar-b-que, and play outdoor games and cards while soaking in the beauty of your surroundings, even raining.
Centrally located between Missoula and Kalispell, our two-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath condominium offers comfort, conveniently located close to groceries, restaurants, casinos, and downtown Polson. The master suite features a queen bed, and access to the half bath, washer, and dryer, while the second bedroom offers a full bed. The 3/4 walk-in shower bath is in the hallway. The living area offers a new carpet, split system AC, along with new kitchen appliances. The Condo complex offers an onsite gym for staying active during your stay.
Whether you're lounging on the Patio, exploring the nearby stores, bakeries, bars, and restaurants, or venturing out for a day of hiking, boating, kayaking, or fishing, "Lake Place Condo" promises an unforgettable experience for all. Make memories to last a lifetime at your Flathead Lake experience.
A conservation permit from the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes is required for hiking, visiting nearby mountain lakes, and fishing while on the reservation. Permits can be purchased at Wal-Mart in the Sporting Goods section. A permit is not required for recreating on Flathead Lake.

PLEASE READ, Essential information regarding Glacier National Park and your Booking:
1. 2024 - Glacier National Park made recent changes to their access to the scenic Going to the Sun Road located inside Glacier National Park. This year will be the fourth year with a new vehicle reservation ticketing system that is required to access the Scenic Going to the Sun Road from May 24th- September 8th for 2024. Reservation tickets are required to access every entrance inside the park.
2. East Glacier Entrance via St. Mary's and Two Medicine Lake area will not require a reservation ticket.
3. PRIOR TO FINALIZING YOUR BOOKING: Please see the Glacier National Park webpage for updates regarding 2024 ticketing and access. NO BOOKINGS WILL BE REFUNDED BASED ON THE NON-AVAILABILITY OF GLACIER PARK TICKETING
4. Should you not get a vehicle reservation ticket: You can still access park entrances before gates open for the day (6:00am) and after they close for the day (3:00pm) without a ticket. You can also access the East side of the park entrance with no vehicle reservation ticket. You can also hike or bike through any entrance without a ticket.
5. Everyone is required to have a National Parks Pass to enter any entrance of the park. You can purchase these in advance or when you arrive at the park.

3. PMI Realty Management NW requires all bookings/reservations to include an $89 Damage Policy paid by the guest at the time of booking. This fee cannot be waived. Damage Protection provides travelers with the coverage they need in case of accidental damage during their stay.

4. Upon booking a reservation, persons with disability-related needs for animals must request a waiver of policies prohibiting animals or fees/costs for animals and receive approval prior to bringing the animal to the site. Once approved, guests must comply with applicable laws and site rules applicable to animals. Please request the form when you make your reservation.
5. If you are traveling during the Winter season; we highly recommend having a 4x4 or AWD vehicle or snow tires as weather conditions can be unpredictable. Road conditions do vary, it is advisable to check the MT Road Report.
