A little gem.
Firstly Pat is a lovely host; friendly, approachable, happy to help. (Ps her home made cookies were delightful!) She was very accommodating with our 9month old baby. The cabin/house is modern and has everything you need. (Seriously, everything) It’s nestled on a cliff with stunning views of the neighbouring islands. The sunsets are insane! You can watch them in the hot tub.

Expectations: exceeded
Rarely in life does reality exceed expectations, but Sea Dog cottage accomplished this! A beautiful, clean and comfortable cottage with all the comforts of home, it’s the outdoor space that’s the star here. There is a covered deck with dining table as well as Adirondack chairs, which was great for the rainy days. A few steps down a path and one discovers the most perfect seating area overlooking the water, complete with fire pit and hot tub. Could not ask for a more relaxing vacation spot. Patricia was the ideal host, quickly responding to any queries but otherwise left us to our own devices. Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful home and amazing stay
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Pat’s guest cottage. The place itself was beautiful and well appointed with a relaxing hot tub and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the BBQ made for some delicious meals. Check with Pat before you book with pets, but we were able to bring our cat with us and he had a great time also. Pat was so accommodating for him and even left us a little goodie bag of cat treats and toys! We would absolutely love to come back, I can’t recommend this stay highly enough!

The property and location were perfect. Just far enough out of town to disconnect but not so far for trips back in for groceries. Lund was beautiful. Tub and Hot tub were great. beautiful view

Great Waterfront Get-away
We had an excellent 2 night stay here. Accomodation was comfortable, clean and relatively private. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub and soaker tubs, very relaxing. We were fortunate enough to have seen Orca, Eagles and a group of Otters during our stay here and I was glad I brought a camera. An excellent highlight to the trip. The host was welcoming and responsive to any concerns and I would certainly consider a return trip next time I am on the sunshine coast!

Awesome Powell Riviera Getaway
This was a great spot for the 2 of us. Very clean and bright. The hot tub was lovely and offered a great view. We were here a week and hiked almost every day. Lots to do close by. The SCT is beautiful. Pat was a great host and made us very welcome. They live in the main house but gave us complete privacy. We hope to visit again this summer and enjoy some swimming! Thanks Pat!

A Wonderful, Quiet Christmas!
This ocean-front property is so very quiet! The cabin is well-appointed with the most comfortable king-sized bed, a well-equipped kitchen, huge luxurious bathroom and everything we needed for our Christmas vacation. Patricia was an attentive host while offering us plenty of space and privacy. The Christmas decorations were beautiful and a lovely touch. The hot tub is amazing...right above the tide, overlooking the ocean. We felt so spoiled! The power went out on Christmas night due to a heavy storm but Patricia was there with candles at the ready. We went for dinner at one of our favourite places in Lund (The Laughing Oyster) only 13 km's away at Okeover Inlet. We were very grateful for the peaceful holiday. Thanks, Patricia :)

Wonderfully Serene
This is a lovely property with a truly wonderful host. The property is so serene we could hear the whales the first night we arrived. Staying there was the breath of fresh air we needed. The cabin has everything you need and more inside and out. We stayed as a family of four with two children under 12- there was plenty of room for us both inside for movie time and outside in the hottub. To top it all off - there was home made baking!! I wish we had stayed longer. Definitely recommend as a place to unwind.

We showed up & were instantly impressed with the beautiful cottage, the chairs by the outdoor fireplace stocked with wood and hot tub all overlooking the ocean. The cottage was nicely furnished and our host Pat was awesome.. The beach access a short distance away was great for a walk with our dog. We would definitely come back and our only regret was we didn’t stay more nights.
