Guests can opt for a $500 refundable security deposit fee (+$15 transaction fee) or $35 non refundable waiver before providing check-in instructions. We kindly ask our guests to understand that in the event of any breach of the house rules, there may be a need for eviction from the property, along with an additional charge of at least $250. This charge will vary depending on the extent of any damages incurred. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Please also keep your fob with you at all times. We would be charging a $100 replacement fee should you lose the fob.

** We'd like to gently remind you that our standard check-in time is at 4 PM, with checkout scheduled for 11 AM. However, we are happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible, provided there are no guests scheduled before or after your stay.

We ask all guests to please take a moment to photograph the parking pass and leave it on the kitchen counter. This will help us in preparing the space for our next guest.

The unit is accurately shown in the pictures. The kitchen is not big, but the cookware, utensils, etc. were good quality and well thought out. We assumed the bathroom was on the same level as the bedrooms (the listing does not say that it is) and our assumption was wrong. The bathroom is on the 1st level and the bedrooms are upstairs. The neighborhood surrounding the unit is dilapidated and some parts concerning. May not be the best location and unit with small children.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. The check in process was very easy. The front desk manager of the building was very helpful as well. There is not a lot of on street parking though. They do offer a garage space for $10/day. I don't love that they charge for an already designated space. but we have handicap parking permits so we were able to use street parking with no problems. I just thought it was worth mentioning for those who don't have permits. The house manager was very helpful from the time we booked the listing all the way through our stay. I messaged and they replied within minutes. Which i appreciate very much. fully stocked kitchen and appliances, dishware. The stairs are a little steep if you have children with you or medical concerns. but not bad. You can hear almost everything from your neighbors. thats the only "negative" I would note. 1 unit was yelling at their children and we could hear everything. They woke our daughter up several times throughout the evening. I'm not docking my rating though as the owners of our unit aren't responsible for that nor can they do anything about it. Just an FYI. the bathroom has all the toiletries you need. plenty of towles. very clean apartment. AC's throughout worked very well. beds are super comfy. I would.def stay here again and we very much recommend this apartment.

Wonderful visit
Very nice stay. Extremely clean, beautifully appointed loft apt. Well stocked. Be aware that designated parking space for only one car, but on street parking easy. 10 min walk to heart of federal hill. Easy 25 min walk to providence place. Very safe Only surprise is secondary bedroom very small. No room to walk on one side of bed, door doesn't open all the way, no closet. Primary bedroom has no window/natural light. Not a problem to some, but for me a negative Still overall wonderful

Graduation weekend
We had a lovely stay for our daughters’ graduation from PC. Check IN instructions were sent about an hour before check-in. The instructions were very clear and we were able to get into our property without any problems. The only thing missing was a parking pass, but the owner gave us a spot and we left a note in the windshield without any problems all weekend. The owner checked in often throughout the weekend via messaging to make sure everything was OK. The unit was very well-maintained! We will definitely be back.
