It was a great mini-break with a beautiful river walk, shopping, and scrumptious food plus a little morning adventure to check out walking trails at Lake Pueblo. The Cozy Casa was perfectly located as a jumping off point for all the outings and wonderfully comfortable when we wanted to stay in to rest and relax (and get out of the heat). It had everything we needed! »

« Arriving to this house after driving 12 hours was more than a joyful experience. My children loved all the toys as well as the comfortable beds and decor. This house felt like home away from home. « While the listing mentions a possible back rental, this property is permanently occupied with cars in the driveway. The neighborhood was not the greatest and also consistently had spiders in the house. Over the course of 4 nights and 3 days we killed between 6-10. The 3 bedrooms were fine and the kitchen was good, but the full bathroom was meh, specifically the shower. »

« This property was probably one of the best stocked VRBOs we have been at. There was everything we need. My daughter played with the toys they had and completely ignored her own stuff from home. The deck is incredible and the views were wonderful. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable and well stocked, just remember to bring shampoo and conditioner those were not provided. Would highly recommend this property! »

« Such a beautiful house on a beautiful piece of land. I would advise you hit up the grocery store and gas station before making your way down the dirt roads to the house. The closest grocery store is about 20-25 min away. The house was fairly well equipped unlike many of the vrbo rentals we have stayed before. We got hit with a big snow storm and the people living on the property (I was told relatives of the property owner) were kind enough to help us get the snow away from the car and drive...

« The house could use a little work from a handyman. The bathroom downstairs needs alot of attention. Also the 2 bedrooms downstairs have no windows which means there is no emergency exit should something happen...maybe you should only offer the upstairs for guests. The house did meet our needs and its location was very accessible to many venues we went to in Pueblo. »

« This place was great. Everything was clean. Our only problem was that we could not get the TV to work. And on our last night the furnace would not shut off. Both of these things could be an easy fix. »

« We spent Thanksgiving 2023 at this property while we were in Pueblo visiting family. We LOVED it! The home was beautiful and clean. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner at the property and even had our aunt who lives in the area join us for the meal. The large open-concept layout was perfect for chatting while preparing the food. Our 7 yo son enjoyed the video games downstairs. The fenced yard was huge and very well maintained. We traveled with a pet and he loved exploring all the trees and bushes....

« Spacious living area. We used all three main floor bedrooms. I cannot imagine putting anyone in the basement bedroom, but we did appreciate the large sized washer and dryer down there! We walked the neighborhood around the college campus and discovered the Einstein Bagels, a great place for a very early breakfast. »
