Casa Blanca Golf Villas est Rocky Point Resort vivant à son meilleur pour seulement 139 $. 00 par nuit non vacances. SOMMEIL 6. Situé à la plage dans la célèbre communauté de maître planifiée Sandy Beach Resorts de Puerto Penasco, Rocky Point, vous trouverez cet emplacement idéal. Venez visiter, vous détendre et profiter de la vie au maximum. Chaque villa de golf Casa Blanca a une belle vue sur la mer de Cortez ainsi que sur notre parc central.

Il y a environ 15 acres, dont 5 acres et plus de spectaculaire parc d'oasis du désert avec des équipements passionnants. Les copropriétés luxueuses et les villas communautaires à couper le souffle sont situées au bord de l'océan. (Remarque, 4e piscine toujours en construction.)

Un parcours de golf professionnel de 18 trous est disponible gratuitement pour les locataires. Les motifs ont 3 piscines et salons, un situé juste en dessous du balcon Condo. Plusieurs aires de pique-nique avec barbecue à gaz avec palapas, terrain de volley-ball et zones supplémentaires Cabana pour les grands groupes. Il y a un joli chemin pavé menant à un accès facile à la plage d'une magnifique plage de sable. Le condo est entièrement meublé avec climatisation et chauffage, télévision par satellite, et une cuisine complète et une buanderie. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur et il y a un nombre limité d'animaux autorisés (frais pour animaux requis). Pas de chats désolé

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only down side was being on the 2nd floor which was miss leading by looking at pictures. We were thrilled that Casa Blanca has finally started adding to their amenities, the resort grounds were great.

Quick and easy getaway

Nicely equipped some items were a little old, the blender was cracked, but honestly it had everything we needed for a nice relaxing getaway!! Loved having access to a washer and dryer. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening enjoying the music.

You have to keep in mind that most go to Rocky Point to let loose. This property was great. close to the beach. great on site restaurant. pool side bar. You can hear the music from the Sky Lounge until about 11. Security does a good job trying to limit noise after 12. walls are thin so keep that in mind. highly recommend this property. Close to golf and a few minutes drive to the touristy places.

Great vacation spot

Perfect location right in front of the swimming pools and a couple steps away from the beach. You have your own parking spot in front of the condo. The condo it’s self was comfy nice and clean I would definitely book again.

Great Getaway!

Our group consisted of 5 guys in our golfing group but went to Rocky Point for a fishing trip. It was really windy so didn't get much fishing in but the resort for fantastic. The room was great, very clean, all of the beds were so comfortable. Loved that they had roll-away beds so that us guys didn't have to double up for sleeping. Really enjoyed the putting golf course and were playing that a lot. Also enjoyed the cornhole. It was a little cool for swimming so didn't do that but the pools looked very inviting. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Casa Blanca for a mini fall break vacation with my daughters & their children. The condo was very well supplied & clean. It had a sofa sleeper & 2 twin size roll away beds. Great Stay for you & your Dog!

I've been going to Rocky point for a long time, but this time was different I found this place on Sandy beach that I'm able to bring my dog Luna. It was a great experience Self-Check-in, you have a reserved parking in front of the staircase. We forgot to bring beach chairs and we were happy to see the rental had chairs we could use. Big property to walk your dog. Host great at communicating back with me, very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again. If your 1st time coming it's a very tourist area a lot of options to eat by main strip or by Sonoran SEA/SPA Aswell as 2 places on the property. Pools open until 10pm, mini golf on the property.

The condo was located in a very convenient location. The staff at the restaurant and bar were very pleasant. The condo had the feel of being on vacation but still feeling at home. We enjoyed our visit. The condo was very nice our only issue was the condo was on the second floor and no elevator. I am handicapped so the second floor was a surprise but it wasn’t something we couldn’t overcome, and we loved the puffy bed.

Great location- missing personal touch

Great location and was so nice finding somewhere that allowed dogs as we had ours with us this trip. Communication with owner was spotty. Under the impression she was just not available to respond for whatever reason. They did have a very informative book that was useful and had favorite food spots. This rental feels like it's just that. Used for rentals. Has washer and dryer but no detergent. Has a dishwasher but had to hand wash because we were missing dishwasher detergent. Fridge and freezer needed some baking soda. Stinky. All of the lightbulbs were rather intense, giving corporate office vibes. All in all this place fit our needs and we didn't have any major issues but we would not rebook. It needs a walk through to handle these little things and personal touches.

Beautiful views and memories! Safety is number 1 for me. The condo is an hour from the border, & I felt comfortable driving there and back. The condo is in a safe community with 2 or 3 other properties. Communication is another big one. When I was arriving to the condo, the host was responsive & any questions I had, the host answered. I had a positive experience with my booking. Next, my family was going to ask me where to eat. There’s a restaurant called Colin’s cantina near the beach, & it’s family friendly. There’s a bar/bistro near the condo, but we only tried a beer there. Food looked good. We also tried the Argentinian steak house, which I really liked. We had to drive there because the department of tourism is still working on the sidewalks. We ate at changos, but we were overcharged. Activities: My kids loved swimming. The ocean was beautiful. The weather was perfect in April. Plenty of beach chairs available and we swam in the two pools that are heated. We went to el malecón, & we tried one restaurant. My family didn’t like it, but I did. It is a beautiful and safe place to take pictures with the Peñasco sign. My family also enjoyed watching YouTube & Netflix on the smart TV. We enjoyed a movie night as a family. There was parking on the side of the condo, & the parking spot available for you is in front of the condo, very convenient. The contract and parking spot will be emailed. We used the washer & dryer. Things we pack: water bottles, detergent & extra TP.
