In the heart of Puerto Vallarta’s Romantic Zone, sits La Palapa Penthouse #702; a beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located in the most sought after building on Los Muertos beach.
Relax on the patio and take in the stunning panoramic views of Banderas Bay or head down the elevator and spend the day sipping margaritas on the beach. You will find all you are looking for in a dream vacation.
Our condo features all the comforts of home, including air conditioning throughout, wi-fi, flat screen tv, fully stocked kitchen, and safe-to-drink filtered water. You will also experience a seamless check-in process at the front desk, where they also offer concierge services. Housekeeping is provided each day, (except Sundays and national holidays) and there are several options for laundry service within blocks. One flight up is the rooftop pool with lounge chairs, bathrooms, and a shaded sitting area.
On the beach level of the building, you’ll find La Palapa Restaurant, a gourmet dining experience with live music at night and beach club service during the day. Exploring the city is easy, as the famed Malecon boardwalk, incredible restaurants, art galleries, markets and shops are just a short walk away.
Our La Palapa condo is our home away from home and we cherish every moment we are there. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Our time spent here was absolutely wonderful! What could be better, blue skies everyday, perfect temperatures & great restaurants to choose from! The best restaurant is the one in this very building (La Palapa's) I would love to return here again someday!

Great location
The location is perfect. The view from the balcony is incredible. Maid service was excellent. The gentlemen at the lobby desk were very helpful and always available. We love this building it represents Mexican charm.

Was pretty good. Had some small geckos running around but otherwise it was awesome. Bathroom shower can be better. Loved the area and how convenient it was to activities. Front desk was great and helped us a lot. Overall fabulous experience

Close to so many things!
The condo is gorgeous! I love the decor. The bed was very comfortable. I really appreciated the remote control AC in the bedrooms. It was very quiet even though it quite close to a busy beach area. There were to many great restaurants in close proximity. If I were to return to this condo (which I'd love to do). Here are four things I'd do differently next time. 1. I would reserve at least one day at the umbrellas on the beach at LaPalapa in advance of my arrival. When I arrived they were already booked for the entire week, which was a bummer. 2. I would Uber to the supermarket to buy some breakfast fixings. Breakfasts are great locally, but to eat out all three meals each day was a bit time-consuming and left us with less exploring and beach time. 3. I would buy my sunscreen when I arrived at Puerto Vallara. I tried to research in advance if the brand I like would be available and it was tough to tell. There is quite a variety available locally, including my brand. Sunscreen is the only reason we checked a bag....and it took FOREVER to get our luggage at the airport. 4. I would not use the fluff and fold recommended by the condo owner. I don't know what they did, but it did not appear that they washed the clothes. I had a t-shirt with toothpaste dripped on the front. I received it back from the fluff and fold smelling like Febreze, but with the toothpaste drippings still intact. When I returned home a quick wash in my washing machine on quick cycle in cold...removed the toothpaste completely. If their washing doesn't remove toothpaste--I'm skeptical it removes anything.

Great Location! Amazing Views!
My husband and I come often and always stay at La Palapa. We have been in at least half a dozen different units and this one is by far our favorite! Beautifully furnished, very well stocked, comfortable beds and great water pressure! But of course the views and location can't be beat! Rachel was very responsive and the on-site staff extremely friendly! Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Place to Stay!
We've stayed several places in the Zona Romatica and this was by far the best. Perfect view of the beach and ocean, convenient to just about everything in the neighborhood, and nicely appointed with great beds. Racheal was very responsive to our questions, so what more could you ask for?

Amazing location!!!
We absolutely love staying in this condo building and this one in particular was an amazing! You just can’t get a better view or location in walking distance this close to everything. Our family had a vacation here we will never forget and the owner is exceptional at communication which I always appreciate! Thank you for a stay to remember….we will be back!

Great condo!
We have been traveling to PV for more than 20 years and always stay in old town. We have stayed at various condos at La Palapa and absolutely loved this condo. Being beachfront, you can relax on the balcony and watch beautiful sunsets (we were able to see whales in the bay most evenings), walk up a 1/2 flight of stairs and sit by the pool, or go down to the beach and soak up the sun - this condo is perfectly positioned! Having 24 hour front desk staffing, we felt very safe here. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo with us!

Best location!
We loved our 2 week stay in the condo. Being right on the beach and yet up on the 7th floor gave us unbelievable views, and not all the noise from below. Then it was only 1 floor up to the heated roof top pool. We never had an issue finding a lounge chair by the pool. We always felt safe walking in the neighborhood at night. Walked to restaurants, and no need for a taxi. The kitchen was well equipped. And a full size refrigerator to keep our assorted beverages cold. We thought maybe we’d miss a tv in the bedroom, but never missed it because we spent so many hours in the spacious balcony people watching. The last 2 days of our stay, the whales put on quite a show right out from the balcony. It was a perfect stay. We hope to return soon.

Nice view overlooking the beach and pier
My family and I (2 couples) stayed at Rachael's place in la zona Romantica (older and busier area of town). The view is amazing and the balcony is shared off the living room. You're near a nicely lit up pier which makes for a great night time view. Rachael is great with communication and very friendly. The master bedroom has a separate bath and overlooks the ocean and the guest bedroom is inside with a window into the inside of the condo and also has a bathroom. A housekeeper comes once a day except holidays to change the beds and cleanup but not the dishes. There is a nice but slightly pricy (compared to local restaurants) restaurant downstairs called the palapa that we ate at twice. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with the only minor negatives being the poorly wired light bulbs on the living room wall and it didn't have many of the common necessities of other rentals I've stayed at: Netflix login or local channels, coffee, cream, sugar, soap, dish soap, shampoo etc but we did leave most of what we bought so the next person won't have the same issue.
