« Our stay was great. We had a few issues with the air conditioner cooling one room but host was quick to assist. We brought all our own supplies, towels, cookware and bedding so no need to use theirs. The property was basically clean but there was some moldy staining in Master bathroom. There were a few minor issues (one bunk bed was really shaky and the air hockey table was broken) but I sent a message to the property manager and someone came to fix it within 2 days. Issue with not being able to access wifi during entire stay but management seems receptive to concerns raised and reviewing process and communication with guests. Refreshing pool.
