« Overall the hotel is clean and the room is spacious but one thing grates me with these hotel chains they ask a hiring price for a kettle (1000yn) other than that they offer coffee/tea facilities down in the foyer. Taking a cup of tea up a flight of stairs to the Mrs can be a bit of a chore for a four-score age person. Breakfast finished at 9am and my wife rolled up at 9.04am and promptly told "NO BREAKFAST" bit rich as most places have breakfast going till 10am and beside we were not informed of...

« Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom.
