"Hôtel en cours de rénovation situé dans une zone commerciale. Chambre très propre. Grande salle de bains avec douche spacieuse. Nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes. Notre chambre n'était pas équipée de volet ni de rideau occultant. Le lit avec sa structure métallique grinçait à chaque mouvement. Et enfin, nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier du petit-déjeuner puisque la cuisine n'était pas encore installée alors que c'était noté lors de la réservation. "

"Hotel rooms were always very clean. Plenty of easy parking and easy access by car to highways, shops and restaurants. My sole complaint is that the breakfast area was on some days poorly managed, with much of the food and drinks running out well before the end of service. Good hotel overall but if continental breakfast is important to you, maybe look at other options as well."

"The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. We had to ask at the desk for towels and supplies, but the promised room service never materialized. Very disappointing, because it could have been a perfect stay. We could come back if the manager promises to hire more people when it is required, and based on attendance. The poor room technician we crossed once looked perfectly exhausted and certainly not happy."
