"Je suis arrivé pour découvrir qu’il n’y avait pas d’eau dans l’hôtel, j’ai quand même demandé à ce que ma réservation soit honorée mais on me l’a refusé, on m’a donc fait perdre une heure puis, on a été extrêmement désagréable avec moi, il n’avait aucune solution pour me proposer une autre solution d’hébergement et ils n’ont pas non plus proposé de payer pour mon Taxi que j’ai dû Utiliser à l’aller et au retour pour trouver un autre hôtel. Bref je ne retournerai certainement jamais là-bas, et l’équipe a sérieusement besoin de formation."

"The room service was great as well as the personnel. Room staff only speak spanish. A bit unconfortable. The pool was messy and we were unable to swim for our stay of 10 days. There was a club nearby and the music was loud all night long some nights. Cipriano at the front desk was an angel."
