It’s on a quiet street just around the corner from a row of winery tasting rooms and about a 5-minute walk to the center of town. « We can't say enough about how wonderful our weekend at the casita in Santa Ynez was! Our hosts were warm, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. The casita and surroundings were just as expected, in fact the photos don't do justice. We are already looking at our calendar to book another stay! »

« The apt was private and in a great location to everything Solvang. Everything was provided to make it feel like a home away from home. The only thing that I wish there was access to was a broom or a swiffer. Between my child and all the crumbs from the pastries, I was wiping up the hardwood floors constantly. »

« Looking for a seeet little get away? We loved the cottage. Close to Santa Ynez Main Street, it was just a short walk to a park, restaurants, and cute shops. The cottage was immaculate comfortable and freshly remodeled. The host offered to move us to a unit with a second bed free of charge to better meet our needs. Why stay in a hotel when you could stay here. »

« The Magnolia House was so cute, comfortable, cozy and I love the architecture and decor. Great location. Walking distance to everything in Solvang. I would recommend staying here and I would love to stay here again. »

« This is an absolutely beautiful place to spend time away from the city noise. A complete HEAVEN!One thing that has never been mentioned in the entire description was the Camino Road with about 5 High Speed Bumps that our vehicle hit pretty hard at the first bump. They are not marketed or visible, so be careful driving to the actual property. Other than that, this is NOT a 1 bedroom place. « Wonderful host! Loved to talk with her about the farm and animals. Loved the turkey the most but also liked the goats and wedding dress geese. Host greeted us with freshly baked bread, homemade jelly and wine, and fresh eggs from her chickens. Some days we fed the chickens and some days not, but every day we interacted with the animals in some way. Enjoyed the small towns nearby, especially Los Olivos. Had a great lunch there and enjoyed olive oil tasting (and buying!). Would love to go back,...

« This is a perfect place to stay in Santa Ynez. The cottage was clean with everything you could need for your vacation including a large bathroom and living area. There is even a place to park and a Tesla charger right there. You can literally walk to EVERYTHING! Dave was so helpful and really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be back for sure! »

« Good family getaway spot, the backyard is definitely the highlight and has the most room for everyone to be together. The host was wonderful and super helpful, I really appreciated the early check in. My only criticism is that the photos online look like the cottage is farther away from the main house, but they are right next to each other, so there isn't a lot of privacy and the cottage is very small. »

It's so wonderful to return to a place that feels like home, with thoughtful hosts like Shawnda and Sam making it extra special. They really do go above and beyond to make their guest feel special.
