House covered in mouse poop
Saw 2 mice within 10 minutes of being in the property. It was after check-in when we arrived but the host was still there cleaning the place. The smell of old seafood and urine was so overwhelming we had to open every window immediately. Even though the host says he spent the day cleaning, there was mouse poop on every surface, cockroaches in the cabinets, and baby cribs full of trash. There were two or three vacuums overflowing with tiny mouse poops. The doors on the building didnt lock properly. We contacted both the host and vrbo immediately, but no one was able to help.
There'a definitely hot tub or washer/dryer as advertised - but who's gonna sit in a hot tub covered in mice feces anyway?
Would have been delighted if false advertising had been the worst thibf about this place. I sent Vrbo picutres of the amount of mouse poop on the surfaces in this place - one picture alone had 300 excrements in it - and the Expedia Health and Safety team said it did not qualify as a problem.
