« Great rental property. Close to the 101, but we didn’t hear any traffic while inside. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware, and dinnerware. Cabinets were labeled for extra supplies. « Staying at the Monarch Villa was very relaxing. The condo was comfortable, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully included a lot of extras for guests. « We regularly visit Avila, and this property was perfect for our stay. The apartment is exactly as pictured (beautiful, clean, kitchen and bathroom updated perfectly for the space).
