Home away from home
The property is indeed a place to call home, I got so comfortable that I almost forgot my time was up. I will always recommend. Thanks to the property manager for a place like this.

Property was nice great neighborhood. Floor could have been cleaner, kitchen faucet needs tightened and the door to the patio needs attention near the bottom trim, other than all that. Everything was good!

Stay at Butch Canyon vrbo
House was nice plenty of room. Needs to fix kitchen sink faucet it wobbles. Have to get it just right to turn off water.People park all on streets very tightly. We have big truck made it pain backing out of driveway. Not real nice neighborhood. Yards aren’t mowed. Stray dogs/ cats around. The yard was the absolute worst. At least 2 ft tall! I text owner it took couple days to get it mowed. We could not let our dog outside. Had to go walk him down street to park. When it did get mowed dog went out in back yard and came in scratching crazy. Discovered he had fleas all over him! Had to rush him into tub shampoo him. It was sickening. Even after we got home I still found 3 more fleas on him. Our dog has never had fleas. I again contacted owner suggested having his yard sprayed but doubt it’ll do any good because all surrounding neighbors back yards had weeds as tall as his were. I took pictures of yard and sent to owner. Very disappointed that backyard was not mowed when we got there and I had to go through this to get lawn mowed. No we will not go back there.

Clean and spacious home near Lackland AFB
My family and I were there for BMT graduation, it was about a 15 minute drive from Lackland Air Force base which was great. The check in process was simple, the home was very tidy and clean. However, there were no coffee mugs or hand soap and the bed pillows were less than desirable. There were too many personal pictures around the home. Otherwise I would recommend this place to people looking to stay in the area.

Had a great stay but somethings were broken or didnt work. Sinks backed up into each other in the kitchen I wasnt able to cook because of it. Tape coverd the smoke alarms. Just some other things were broken. Other than thay we had a great stay.

Overall the location for AFB was convenient for the graduation ceremonies. We did have an issue with not receiving the passcode via Vrbo but the owner responded quickly and provided. Upon arrival we had a cleaning issue with a mattress and the owner has a new mattress dropped off that night. The house could use more cooking/kitchen pot/pans/utensils and there were no coffee cups. Also a lot of personal photographs in the house which was a little different from priors Vrbo stays.

Clean, welcoming--great beds, showers & A/C! Mild complaint that the tile flooring may not have been damp-mopped or couches vacuumed all that well . Found some hairs on tile flooring and crumbs under couch cushions, but nothing major. Kitchen sink needs repair. We did figure out which way to angle it to shut it off, but it took some effort. Overall, a great spot for a family rendezvous to celebrate a new BMT graduate. Thank you!

Very clean!
I took a chance on this place as it had no reviews. I was not disappointed. Very clean and spacious. Large bedrooms, comfy beds, pillows were not the greatest but they worked. Clean!! I know I said it before but nothing is worse than a disgusting floor or dirty bathrooms. Only negatives are the cars everywhere on the street. VERY busy neighborhood. People are parked in every open spot. Mostly quiet with a the exception of a couple folks who think everyone else enjoys their lack of muffler. Thankfully the host allows use of garage, which is a 2 car and the driveway is wide and has room for more. Overall it was a pleasant stay and only 10 to 15 minutes from base depending on traffic, which was the reason we were there.
