Birthday Beach stay
I loved the location. I brought my 2 sons and spouses and my three granddaughters for my birthday. You are on the beach and surrounded by food and fun within walking distance. The property was stocked with all you need to cook. You don’t have access to the BBQ or the patio as shown in the pictures, so don’t plan on that space as part of your stay. The house was super hot when we arrived so we opened up the windows and tried to cool it down. The crows nest and master bedrooms had portable a/c units and were both on the same circuit and kept popping the circuit breaker (Fire hazard). So we had to turn the one off the whole time. The center bedroom had a ceiling fan but the room was not cool enough to sleep in. To help keep the air moving in the house we cleaned the window screens which were plugged with dirt. We also had to leave the main door open to get a breeze to flow through the house until we went tot bed and had to lock the door. I wasn’t sure why the bed in the crows nest was elevated because they made the bed with your head in the closet and not facing the beach as advertised. The other bed was not located under the window because the portable a/c unit had to be vented there so the mattress sat on the floor where the seating area was advertised. Lots of stairs so get ready for a work out. The bottom two units were rented to all guys and they used the whole porch. Don’t plan on that space at all. All else was ok. Not sure I would rent this again.
