"We loved absolutely everything about our stay in Cortona! Samantha and Alen were great communicators and made the check in easy. The apartment is perfection! From the tall, shuttered windows, beautiful tiled floors, high ceilings and amazing terrace, it was amazing!! The location couldn’t have been better and the views….. Even though I didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. All in all- wow!! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back."

"My family of four (11 and 14 year old girls) had the best four nights at this villa. The house itself was so charming and well stocked, the grounds beautiful and well maintained, and the pool and welcome retreat each day after exploring the surrounding towns. We didn’t even touch the extra apartment with two additional bedrooms! Highly recommend!"

"This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. "Perfect location. Beautiful villa. The hosts were so accommodating and friendly. It’s a magical place. The only thing to take into consideration is the drive from the bottom of the mountain to the villa: it can be a little tricky up the hill if you’re in a small car. "Chiara hosted our wedding weekend. I can not stress enough that pictures on here don't do the property justice. It is one of the most spectacular villas we have ever seen. "We spent 6 days here as a wedding celebration. We were 30 adults, 1 little baby and a dog. The place is incredible and has so much charm to it! "The property was built in 1500 but updated recently. It definitely has its quirks related to gas and electricity. More written instructions in the home would be useful. The home is spacious with the exception of the galley style kitchen. There is a lovely courtyard that seems to be very unique to properties within the walls of Cortona. There are a couple of nice walks around Cortona. You are not too far from Sienna for a day trip."

"We had a lovely holiday at Villa Rasenna. Louise is a great host and was very helpful and replied very quickly to any queries. The kitchen is well equipped and the sitting area comfortable and homely. We made good use of the pool. We enjoyed a great meal in the villa cooked by Elena and a local wine tasting and pizza in the village. There are lovely walks from the villa in the local countryside. Would definitely recommend a holiday and we would love to return. Thanks Louise."
