It was always a dream to own a beach home and in the spring of 2013, my father and I drove 2200 miles of the Florida coast until will found 30A. We loved the area instantly and so did the rest of the family. Scenic 30A is a unique and truly amazing place. We know you will feel the same way and our beach home is in the middle of it all.

Perfect getaway in Seagrove Beach!
Our stay at this Seagrove Beach bungalow was fantastic! It’s perfectly located and is a 5 minute walk from the beach, close to restaurants, downtown Seaside, and bike rental spots. It made exploring 30A easy. The house itself was clean and comfortable, with a great layout for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was wonderful, and the well-stocked kitchen allowed us to easily make food to save us time and money. The community that the house is in has a pool and jacuzzi, which my kids absolutely loved after being at the beach all day. Clearly well cared for, it exceeded our expectations. We'll definitely be back next time we visit 30A!

Do Not Stay At This Place
The unit is right on the parking lot. Filthy. Two years of filth and crumbs between the range and counter top. All the return air vents had 1/8 /" of duet on them It smelled like an old lady was rolling around leaving her scent on things. The sheets and pillow cases are black. The place is creepy. We booked it for several weeks but left after two days. We did not even want a refund because we have no respect for someone who would put this place on VRBO. I have some short term rentals. We always raise the bar and take pride in our offerings. This place and the host does not even raise the bar from the ground. Filthy.

Seagrove Beach Getaway
The location on 30A and proximty to the beach was perfect!! I love this beach community, as it wasn't to large, it was quiet, and had a wonderful pool area. The bungalow itself was nice and was enough space for the 5 of us and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay there again for sure!

Great location
The location was perfect! Close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The location provides peace and quiet while still being close to everything. The only things that would be nice would be a grill, beach cart, a few pantry staples and some extra items such a ice cream scoop, pizza cutter, more dish towels, dish drainer, etc. We drove, so we brought most things with us (except for a grill). But a few little extras would be a nice touch. We couldn't figure out the TV on the first floor, but we don't watch much TV. Maybe include some instructions and other general in a small book? However, Brooke was very responsive.

The perfect location!
The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is so adorable! The bungalow was perfect for me and my teen and pre-teen. Super close to walk to the beach and convenience store. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of the bungalow was great. Short walk to the beach and we enjoyed biking in the Point Washington SF. The guest bedroom mattress is very uncomfortable and the cleanliness of the property is disputable but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

We love the Bungalows!
The bungalows offer a great location to the beach and 30a. Wonderful community with pool/hot tub. This unit was Comfortable and overall nice. The bed wasn’t super comfortable but fine for a few nights. The guest shower wasn’t super clean but was ok considering we were only there for a few nights. Overall, I highly recommend the Bungalows! It’s a beautiful property and you can’t beat the location.

Close to the beach but removed from the congestion of Seaside. Just the right size for us and equipped with the essentials. Easy drive to Publix and some very good eateries along 30A. Comfy couches and a nice sized kitchen table (or for games and art). Having a separate bungalow allows for more privacy too.

Had a great long weekend; walkable location and 2.5 baths were nice since there were three teenagers in tow! FYI, there is no ice maker in the freezer, but there are ice trays and the Tom Thumb is very close!

The location was very close to the beach and 30A. The pool was excellent. The rental had everything we needed for our stay HOWEVER, it was in dire need for a good cleaning to the point that we uncomfortable and were not able to truly relax.
