« The house had just been completely renovated due to the recent hurricane damage. Jim did an excellent job with everything to make sure our stay was top-notch. All the furnishings and appliances were brand new. We took the bikes out every day to Siesta Key Beach, which was just down the street. Absolutely amazing, and it took under 5 minutes! The rental location is very close (less than 1 mile) to fun restaurants in Siesta Key Village, with lot's of great bars and shopping. This place has it...

« Excellent location, close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Wasn't as clean as it should be. There were spots around beds, that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. House was as advertised. Very nice for 2 couples and a small baby as we had. Pool was nice, although it needed some cleaning too. Overall, a very nice stay. »

The place is the right size for a couple or a small family. « Very well appointed little condo. Loved the patio out front, although it was a bit loud sitting outside as it's right off the main road. Short walk to one of the best beaches I have ever been to. Only cons- Small rooms, the knives desperately need sharpening, and we would have appreciated if it came with laundry soap for the washer. We would definitely book again. »

« We loved staying at this property! The pool and patio were perfect and location close to everything we needed. The walk to the beach was short for us- about 1.5 blocks, less than 5 minutes. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, baking dishes, sheet pans, etc. Having a washer and dryer on site was so convenient! I would definitely stay at this property again! »
