Ce chalet absolument charmant peut être le vôtre pour des vacances à prix abordable au soleil! Niché dans une alcôve de cottages nichée au bord de la baie dans le village d'Anna Maria, cet adorable cottage de deux chambres et une salle de bain est rempli de charme de la vieille Floride!

Twin Dolphins Cottage a été récemment réaménagé dans le but de maximiser le charme et le confort. Il comprend une cuisine et une salle de bains rénovées, des finitions en panneaux de perles et des décorations douillettes. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision connectée, tandis que la chambre d'amis est dotée d'un lit queen-size. Le salon offre à ses clients une télévision intelligente plus grande avec tous les avantages de Roku (vous ne savez pas vraiment ce que c'est? Découvrez https: // www. Roku. com / comment ça marche). Des sièges confortables font du salon l'endroit idéal pour lire un bon livre, regarder un film ou jouer à un jeu.

The property was as described and absolutely amazing! It was beautiful inside, beds were comfortable, living area had comfortable furniture. Amenities were excellent. Not a bad thing to say about this place. Easy check in/out. Will definitely stay there again!

Great little cottage, perfect location, cutely decorated, well stocked kitchen with comfy beds. Loved the private backyard patio area and the attention to detail in the outdoor decore. Communication was a little slow. We had AC issues (stopped working) and the person answering the emergency number was quick to respond and an HVAC guy came out later that night to fix the issue. There was still a temperature control problem with the thermostat as well but I have been told that will be fixed. Unfortunately we left a day early as Tropical Storm Debby was coming in and we didn't want to get stuck on AMI. We will be back in September for a wedding so we look forward to that!

The house was very cute. Location of this house couldn’t have been better. Super close to restaurants, pier, shopping and the beach. Love the vibe of riding bikes or golf carts to get around. Outside seating area of the house front and back was nice. Definitely would rent again.

Stayed for 9 nights and had a wonderful time. Twin dolphin is a clean, cute, and cozy place to stay. Very convenient area for walking. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t regret it.

Property was adorable, clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, living room was great, there is a back yard table and grill. Our only issue was an unlit parking area. We did not have a vehicle and it was very dark in that area for walking thru after dark to get to our place. Several great places within a short walking distance. VRBO was great to deal with for planning our long weekend girls get-a-way for 3 generations.

Great Location
It's perfect for two-three people in our opinion. It's a quaint, cute, clean, little place. Wonderful location, close to the pier, and to restaurants. We didn't realize that the washer and dryer were outside (although listed on a map). We feel They could add a photo that shows the laundry area a bit better. They need an upgrade on the toilet for it looks a bit dated. Besides those things, we certainly enjoyed our stay and had a great week.

Grandparents Cottage
We rented this property for our parents to stay in on our beach vacation. We stayed with our children in a house one block away. This cute little cottage was perfect for the grandparents. It was comfortable for them and located close to shops to take the grandkids to get treats. We would rent it again.

We enjoyed staying at the twin dolphins. The only draw back was the house never really cooled down. I live in Houston and my house is always cool. At night we were all sweating. There is a note on the a/c noting it cannot go below 72.

Location! Location! Location!
The location is the star here! We were so pleased with the size, appearance, cleanliness, and ease of check-in associated with this property and could not get over how perfect the location is. On the same street and just a very short walk from the cottage, you will find The Waterfront Restaurant, the pier, a gift shop, and an ice cream shop. In the other direction, also not too long of a walk, you have The Sandbar Restaurant (a beachfront restaurant/ bar) and a beach entrance. The grill worked perfectly, the kitchen was fully stocked with almost everything you need so you don't have to bring too much, and the towels provided were plenty. The size of the rooms were just right, the living room was spacious, and the front/back patios were some of our favorite places to have dinner or sip on some morning coffee. Parking was never an issue either!! The only reason I would not give this property a full five stars was because there was a bit of a mix up prior to our arrival when we informed the management company we would be bringing our sweet baby girl (9mo old puppy) and that we were more than fine with the pet fee. The management company told us we could not bring her because the cottage was a "no pet" listing and I had to provide a screenshot of the listing where it said: small dogs only. This created quite a bit of stress for us since we had specifically only looked for pet friendly rentals knowing that boarding her for too many days was not likely an option. We weren't sure what to do if we could not take her at all since it was a no-refund rental. It was resolved not long after but I just found it odd that the management company would not know what was on their listing. I am thankful that the owners were flexible and that it was all resolved shortly thereafter but didn't really appreciate being told that an exception would be made just this once. An exception was not being made, we made the reservation based on the fact that the listing said our dog was welcome; that's not an exception. Again, the cottage was great and I think the mix up had more to do with the management company than the property or the owners so I would definitely rent again and would recommend to friends and family. I hope future renters enjoy as much as we did.
