This breathtaking new ground level apartment is in the heart of the Historic District. Enjoy gorgeous designer finishes in the kitchen and bathroom. Relax inside in the professionally decorated living room or outside on the shared back patio which is totally enclosed and shared only with the 3 apartments on this property. The King size bed and queen pullout sofa allow the unit to sleep up to 4 people.

This listing includes one enclosed garage parking spot which will accommodate a small to medium size car. Garage bay fits a small or medium size car and the garage door is roughly 91' wide and 83' tall. If you have a larger car then you will need to use public street parking which is free within the 1 block radius.

lovely stay
excellent location, walking distance to so many things, beautiful, clean, bright and spacious. very cozy. had everything you could need, electric kettle, blender, all the things for cooking/baking. They thought of everything. We had a fabulous time over thanksgiving.The only complaint was that it sounds like the people upstairs are doing jumping jacks all day ha! I think it's just the case in these old houses that you hear every step someone takes upstairs. it didn't bother me much b/c we were out and about all day but if you're sensitive to noises it might bother you. The pros definitely outweigh that one con and I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

It was everything and more
It was exactly as pictured. I absolutely loved the Keurig. The home had a lot of nice touches such ice and water in the door, coffee pods, salt, pepper, other spices, extra blankets, tons of pillows. It was also stocked appropriately for towels and wash clothes based on the number of guests. I fit my Honda Civic Touring in the garage and there was a small SUV in the stall next to me. There was also decent parking right out front that was free parking. There is a review that mentions the shower not working. It was because of this review that I really played around with it. You have to pull outward to get the water to turn on. Which isn’t common for me so just FYI to anyone else. I had an absolutely lovely stay and would recommend this condo to everyone. I see mention of upstairs noise in other reviews. I heard nothing my entire stay. So either it was empty or the folks upstairs where quiet.

Multiple Stays, Always Great!
This was the 3rd time we have stayed here and I will continue to come back! Always spotless, beautifully decorated, roomy and comfortable, and the location couldn't be better. We can walk everywhere and parking is right out front.

Best Vacation
Me and my boyfriend stayed in this apartment for a few days and loved every bit of it! It was located in a good area, and within walking distance to much of anything we wanted to do. Our only complaint would be being on the bottom floor and the people above could be noisy at times. The Chevy equinox was too big for the garage but it was easy to get a spot in front of the building! These two things wouldn’t keep us from coming back. Thank you Mary for being so good to us!

Great Location!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and loved the close proximity to restaurants and main attractions. Accommodations look as shown in the pics. The only downsides were clealiness of the unit and parking. Although the unit is nicely decorated and stocked, it needs to be cleaned better, hence hair and dust in the air vent within the bathroom and other areas that showed lack of thorough cleaning. Parking was an issue because we have a larger pick up truck and other guests took up the roadside parking. If parties have multiple vehicles, one should be parked in the garage. We would definitely book this unit again with hope it is cleaned better. Thanks for your hospitality.
